We had the most wonderful experience when we visited this dealer. From the begining when my wife and I tried to select our van until the close of the sale, Kareem was more than a salesman but a person trying to accomodate our needs, get the right price, test the vehicle and complete minor repairs needed. He has become a friend and anytime we need something from the dealer we look for him immediately . Overall this dealer has an exeptional customer service. The cofee is great, the employees are very corteous always asking if you have been helped or if there is anything else you need help with. I visited many other auto dealers but since i entered this one i was convinced that i should not visit any other. I will buy my next car there. Last week i went to get some parts for my van and the same experience repeated again. I got my free cup of cofee from Starbucks ( amazing rigth?) I asked for the parts department to a service rep and he courteously guide me to the window where again another person help me get what i need. Thank you guys for all your efforts.

My experience was fantastic, I went there in the morning to get everything ready for my mother-in-law's new 2013 Toyota Camry LE purchase. There was no haggle it was price to sell with only 3 miles on the car. It only took me less then a hour to prepare her purchase for that evening since she was at work. Evening came car was prep ready to go. She loved the car and also had a nice, fast and easy car buying experience with Jacob and his A+A+A+ customer service. It was a no pressure sales experience . My salesman Brian was very helpful had to fight a little for the price but received a great deal. When I went to pick up the car I was in and out all paperwork signed in 1 hour.
