WORST car buying experience ever

I wouldn't even give this dealership 1 star if I didn't have too just to leave a bad review so everyone can see. This dealership is nothing but a headache. Very poor communication and they do a half a** job. I bought my car almost 4 months ago and have yet to receive my registration. The dealership stated a week ago that they finally submitted it but couldn't give a single reason of why it was never submitted even though i have called SEVERAL times since buying the vehicle. it was just lie after lie every phone call.

Awful dealership!

Horrible! Truck was side swiped while purchasing. They agreed to fix it but the dent guy cancelled 2 weeks in a row. I told Jordan the salesman I wasn’t happy but not with him. He was fine even though he never told me the dent guy cancelled twice. Then I seen in the contract you have 30 days to cancel. I asked about it cause who wants a damaged truck with 73000 miles foot $46,000 and after getting ripped off on that and the trade in jordan Jolsin(maybe)the salesman told me that this isn’t Walmart and his boss is in Mexico hiding from me at the moment. Great customer service wouldn’t you agree?! Wow!

TERRIBLE BUYING EXPERIENCE

This was a TERRIBLE buying experience from start to finish and continues to be. It was such a stressful buying situation initially, that I almost cancelled the deal. Here is a summary: After negotiating the deal over the phone, I paid my deposit and was in route to the dealership to pick the car up which I was told would be ready in an hour as it was being detailed. While in route to the dealership, I was informed that the car was not in fact ready, the sensors needed to be reset and once that is done it can take some time for all of the indicator lights to go off. I was told that by law the dealership could not release the vehicle if any indicator lights are on. It sounded like it was just a matter of them driving it around a bit and that it may be available later in the day or on the following Monday as they were closed on Sundays. I waited for about a week constantly calling to check on the car. In the end, the car was finally delivered but only after calling daily, speaking with the sales manager, finance manager and threatening to cancel the deal. After all of that, the car was delivered with the tire sensor on!!! The salesperson explained that they had just added air and that the sensor would go off after I drove it around a bit.... The tire sensor will not go off even though I have added air (which clearly air had not been added prior to delivery). At the time of delivery, the weight on each tire was extremely different, 27, 35, 41, 38 . It appears that the sensors were put in backwards as the indicator shows the back left tire needs air, when in fact the front left tire needs air and the tire will not hold air. So basically the car was delivered with a leaking TIRE and tire sensors that do not work. In addition, I have been waiting for a MONTH to receive copies of all of the paperwork that I signed when my car was delivered in December. As my salesperson did not provide me with any paperwork WHATSOEVER at the time of delivery. I have called and left messages for him with no response. I spoke to the finance manager who informed me that the salesperson had never even requested paperwork be sent to me. He promised to email copies along with the warranty to me that day. Still nothing received. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone. What should have been a very easy purchase was nothing but a HASSLE for a month and counting.

Just ask for George!

I would recommend Carbone Jeep to anybody. My salesperson George F was awesome. He treated me with respect and took his time to explain how all the extras worked. This is my second vehicle this year and I always ask for George, he's the best. Very nice guy and made it a very pleasant experience. Thanks George!

Make sure you ask for George Fotiadis

Got my Jeep from George Fotiadis at Carbone and love it. He always tells you the best deal even if it’s not with him. That kind of honesty keeps you coming back. He’s always available for those little questions after the sale, too! Great service.

Great service

I was so happy with my service with George. I bought a 2019 jeep Cherokee. I loved my jeep so much I sent my sister to buy a car with him and she was also very happy with everything! It was my first time actually buying my own car and I couldn’t be any happier with George. Would definitely recommend him if you want to get into your dream car! Will be buying my next car in the future with him.

Hats Off To Dale Roberts

I had a wonderful experience. Dale Roberts made time to meet with me on very short notice as I was driving in from an hour away. He was personable, efficient, flexible and very accommodating. My delivery two days later was more of the same. It is sales people like Dale that make car buying something not to be dreaded.

If you want honestly, Professionalism look elsewhe

If you want honestly, Professionalism look elsewhere. They will add on extra warranty or road side baloney they offer without telling you. They will play with your mind, lie to your face over and over. They lie so much that they start believing there own lies, really a sad thing to witness. If you planning to finance make sure you find a bank before you come here. They work with US bank and will give you the highest APR becouse they make commission from it. Here is the highlight of my experience. The salesman that sold me the car, drove the car I purchased to fuel it, came back with deep side scratches. Rushed to try and buff it up. that did not work so he blocked the car with his truck so I don't see it. I saw it. He nervously kept on denying it. The manager came out, after going back and forth, he agreed I go back to my home town and they will cover the scratches by buffing it out, they clearly knew would not work. You guys can take a guess what heppend after I tried calling them about it after getting quotes. I was very patient with them, and actually believed they will do the right thing. At least the security cameras at the gas station don't lie!

worst location ever

Worst experience ever and it's not the first bad experience with carbone. 3Rd vehicle buying from carbone and will be my last. Just bough a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X valued over 50k. The sales person told me there was air suspension on the vehicle and come to find out afterwards that it doesnt. Nothing can be done. Windshield was scratched and needed to be replaced. Side fender was popped out and they said they just needed to pop it back in. That led to the panel needing to be replaced and painted. They messed up the paint job the first time and needed to be done again. 8 Days later without my brand new jeep and they messed it up again. This time they over sprayed all over a black plastic that's suppose to be unpainted. They didnt align the molding correctly. So I had to have it send out again after just buying it. I was told to wait a few days before coming in so they could get a rental and I wouldnt have to waste time going to a rental company. So inwaited and come the day they were suppose to have a rental and they didnt. They could care less who I complain to or if i go to corporate. Now I'm in a 10k valued old malibu rental. Way to take care of clients.

Poor service department attitude.

After a great deal of thought, I will not buy a jeep again from Carbone Jeep due to its poor service department. They could care less about customer service.
