Great! Not the normal dealership runaround

By far the greatest experience with any dealership. They were up front and honest. No games or run around. Sean was easy to work with and helped work around our crazy schedule.

2011 Chevt Malibu

I contacted Carbone online, within 2 days Charlie found me a car in my price range and the deal was struck. I went in completed paperwork and drove my new car home. Charlie mad the process very simple. The best transaction for a car I have ever had. I will certainly recommend The Carbone group to anyone in need of a car. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and kind. Thank You Charlie you are the greatest.

Pure Fail

Brought my Jeep in for NYS inspection, Oil Change, and recall work. Got a call Friday morning with a list of the work that needed to be done ($2,865 worth). I asked them to check the undercarriage because I wanted to make sure it was ok before I authorized the work. I did not hear from them again until I got a call Saturday morning saying the work was done. When I went to pay them it was over $2,900. The jeep was in the back of the lot buried in snow and think heavy ice on the nice soft top of the jeep. I had trouble starting it (I guess they didn't bother checking the battery), the tank was on E (I guess you don't need gas to drive), and one of the flood lights was out (I guess they don't check the lights on an inspection).

Company Interested in the Sale, not The Customer

I bought a used 2011 Dodge Journey in August 2017...1st thing I couldn't sync my phone up to the car, but I live over an hour away, so I said that wasn't that important so I would forget about it...But, First cold burst we had 3 weeks ago, my car wouldn't start...5 times I had to call AAA to start my car since, last one being on New Years Day...After they started it, I drove the 1 and 1/2 miles to my parents for New Years Dinner and my tire burst just before I got to the driveway...So here I am 4 months after buying the car (not even putting 3000 miles on it) faced with a new battery and 4 new tires charge (around $1000) and Carbone won't do anything to help me...Basically told me I was out of luck...I didn't buy a new car and things go on cars...Having the extended warranty they talked me into, was a waste of $2000, because they won't help either...Don't call the Emergency Roadside Service that comes with the warranty either...it took 3 days to have it towed to a garage...luckily I wasn't on the side of the road somewhere...

Great customer service!

We were referred by a family member to Carbone and had a great experience as well. Geoffrey had preselected options for us based on what we were looking for and his top pick turned out to be what we purchased. He worked hard to get the vehicle to us that same day. Thanks for everything.

Very efficient! Excellent service!

Geoff was extremely helpful when it came to finding my vehicle. He got me exactly what I wanted, and at a price I was very happy with. Would definitely go back, and will definitely recommend him!

Excellent experience all together

I have debated for a while on getting a small SUV. When I got to the dealership I had all intention on just browsing to see what styles I like and possibly test drive something. Geoff met us outside with a smile and was very friendly. Car shopping can be stressful and he was very laid back and open to questions- not pushy or persuasive. He helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted within an hour and two different test drives. I now have a beautiful 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited sitting in my driveway. I cannot give him enough credit for my experience. Job well done Geoff! I will absolutely refer him to my friends and family who are looking for a vehicle. Thank you again for everything Carbone!!!!
