Great Experience:

My salesman Brian Brockway was very curteous and accomodating. He is a very energetic person, who will win you over with is smile and his postive additude. Brian worked very hard to assure that I was given the best deal he could offer.

VERY DISAPOINTED

Went to Carbone's annual tent event in the Sangertown mall. Found a Ram 1500 I really liked. Salesmen used high pressure tactics and "sign here if your interested otherwise we have other buyers". Should have walked away but they took my price and I bought it. Went to Carbon Dodge to finish up paperwork and the salesman there seemed decent and I was actually pleased with dealing with him. However the truck began leaking antifreeze and I brought the truck in for service. I was told I did not have a warranty and would have to pay out of pocket as they "didn't enter" the warranty info into the computer and that there was no problems at all with the vehicle. Thankfully I actually saved the warranty papers (had to bring the paperwork in) and then they proceeded to fix everything they had just said was fine except for the actual problem I brought it in for. When they replaced the water pump they used the old gasket from the existing water pump because it wasn't covered under warranty. So it ended up leaking antifreeze a month later. (I ENDED UP FIXING IT CORRECTLY). I replaced another part MYSELF to fix the originally leaking issue. Basically the service/parts guys will tell you anything to suck money out of you. Will never deal with them again!

Excellent customer service

Dealers were extremely efficient with assisting me to find the vehicle I wanted and made the buying process more simple than I could have ever imagined. SALESMAN AARON HALL WAS WHAT EVERY PERSON WANTS TO ENCOUNTER. NOT YOUR TYPICAL "HAWK" WAITING FOR YOU TO WALK THROUGH THE DOORS. DOWN TO EARTH, PERSONABLE, KNOWLEDGABLE, AND READY TO PLEASE YOU. GAVE US MORE THAN WHAT WE COULD ASK FOR. MY WIFE AND I ARE VERY PLEASED AND WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN! WE EVEN GOT HELP FROM THE "BIG WIG" BOSSES. THEY JUST WANTED TO TAKE CARE OF OUR NEEDS!

Excellent Salesmanship

The Salesman, Aaron Hall and the General Sales Manager Allen Hutchings both have wonderful customer service skills and are very knowledgable. I went in to browse at used vehicles and two days later I drove out in a beautiful car suited to my needs. I would definately purchase another vehicle from either of these two gentleman.

Excellent Customer Service

This was my second experience purchasing a car on my own. The first time was with a different dealer and was a long grueling process. I was very pleased with Carbone's service.
