Yesterday afternoon I stopped by the Carbone Jeep Dealership hoping their Express Lane wouldn’t be too busy for me to get a quick oil/filter change. I was greeted immediately with a smile and a “how can I help you” by service administrator Alexis Ramos. When I told what I needed she said she would check to see if they could get my vehicle right in. Next thing I knew Alexis had a service technician there asking for my keys so he could bring my Jeep in. In less than 30 minutes I was I was on my way. Alexis and the service technician definitely exceeded my expectations and created a great customer experience for me. Way to go…

Be very careful if you purchase or lease, I found a
Be very careful if you purchase or lease, I found a partial bag of heroin very close to where my children sit. This could have easily killed my children if they had touched it, dealership showed very little concern. Parent company (Lithia) was even worse and responded with a very accusatory tone.

Our experience with Carbone CDJR went above and beyond
Our experience with Carbone CDJR went above and beyond our expectations. Starting with the quick response from Shelby when I reached out to see about the availability of the vehicle and to schedule an appointment. Secondly the help offered from Jordan prior to us making the trip out to assure us of the vehicles condition by doing a video call and answering all of my questions. On the day of our appointment Jordan again was very willing to help with any questions we had, our test drive and allowing us to inspect the vehicle thoroughly before our decision. He then along with Sean helped yo get us the best interest rate for financing and make sure our transaction went as smoothly as possible. The staff we dealt with, the honesty and efficiency and communication we received were more than we had hoped for! We are very pleased with Carbone and would recommend them highly!

Horrible experience with Carbone and Jordan the salesman. Jordan was ok as a salesman up until I asked about returning a truck that was side swiped while in office purchasing the truck. They cancelled on me twice without notice and then he told me his manager went to Mexico to get away from me as if I was a problem. I had literally 1 question and I became a problem for him. Horrible place. Not to mention I was ripped off on the truck and trade in

Awful dealership!
Horrible! Truck was side swiped while purchasing. They agreed to fix it but the dent guy cancelled 2 weeks in a row. I told Jordan the salesman I wasn’t happy but not with him. He was fine even though he never told me the dent guy cancelled twice. Then I seen in the contract you have 30 days to cancel. I asked about it cause who wants a damaged truck with 73000 miles foot $46,000 and after getting ripped off on that and the trade in jordan Jolsin(maybe)the salesman told me that this isn’t Walmart and his boss is in Mexico hiding from me at the moment. Great customer service wouldn’t you agree?! Wow!
