I'm not happy with my experience at all with Steet Toyota. I first bought a used Subaru and started having problems with it within the first week.... I took it back to the service department to diagnose the problem. They kept it for a week, which I was alright with because they gave me a lender car. After having it for that time period, they declared nothing wrong with the vechile. I believed them because they are educated on how to work on cars and I am not. A couple weeks later, the check engine light in the Subaru started blinking. At first, they offered to fix the car, but I was over the problems at that point. All in all, the sales department and staff tried to make things right and I ended up buying a used Honda. I worked with Jeff and he made me feel uncomfortable by putting his hand on my shoulder along with other actions. He was a total sexist as well. Anyways, after I bought the Honda, regardless of the xxxxxxxxxxxx salesman, I received a mail notification that my registration was at the dealership. I went to pick up my registration and at first they gave me the wrong one. Then, they gave me my registration that expires this month and failed to notify me what they did on their end of the spectrum as far as registering the vehicle. I was under the assumption that I was paying for my registration, but apparently it was for the title transfer. Steet Toyota needs to educate their employees on how to explain the process of buying a car to their customers. They pushed me into a $15,000 car and did not explain anything. I called and explained the situation and the first woman kept interrupting me and put me on hold. The second woman I spoke to, Mallory, interrupted me while I was speaking as well and even mocked me. My experience with Steet Toyota was horrible and I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.
Easy to work with, don't know if I'm getting the best deal, but I feel like I am when I leave. Matt Darling, (awesome sales rep) Brian, in finance, and... "Frankie" are always trying their best to make us feel comfortable in our transactions.

WHAT A REFRESHING CHANGE FROM THE TRADITIONAL AUTO BUYING EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY. NEGOTIATION WERE A BREEZE.
Brought my truck in for warranty work ... new frame put in ... When the truck was returned it leaks and smells of anti-freeze ... didn't think the truck... was capable of making it back to the service department without overheating and cooking the motor ... Called the service department to report the problem and was basically ignored ... It has been over a week with no satisfaction so I took the truck back... Mechanic has no idea what's wrong with it... The truck ran great before the mechanics touched it ... Absolutely unsatisfied with follow-up service following the warranty work performed...
Right from the beginning they were friendly and helpful. They made buying a vehicle easy and stress free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
we e-mailed back an forth but the truck I wanted was sold to some one else while we e-mailed back and forth. and then I asked about other tucks and have... not got any response.
