I worked with Michael Christopher for nearly all of our

I worked with Michael Christopher for nearly all of our purchase of the XC60. I am completely new to Volvo and Michael helped my wife and I decide which was the right one for us. The controls and features were different from what we were used to, however Michael made this transition seamless and easy. We were setup up with everything 100% prior to leaving. This would have taken a lot of work to figure out myself. Michael was also very knowledgeable about the different trim levels. It was a pleasant and interactive process that included as much listening to what we were looking for as much as guiding us to the right combination. The more I drive my new Volvo the more I love it. I'm glad I stopped in to Volvo of Lisle. I'm never excited to buy a car, however this was a great experience.

Great guidance from the seller during the process.

Great guidance from the seller during the process. Seller did follow up and provided additional feedback post-sale. Disappointed at the Dealer on 3 points -no gifts or complementary accessories given away on the purchase of a luxury car. -charging stations are not free. -carwash system performs poorly.

This is our second car from Volvo of Lisle.

This is our second car from Volvo of Lisle. Their new showroom and the service facilities are fantastic! We love working with Lolita and appreciate her experience- it was nice to know the person we worked with coming back after seven/eight years. We absolutely love our new XC40.

My only complaint was I had to wait close to an hour for

My only complaint was I had to wait close to an hour for a finance person to complete my transition. I understand but I thought that was a bit too long. I think I will love my new car. Hajira was very nice and the people in your dealership all seemed sincere.

I had just stopped in for my regular service.

I had just stopped in for my regular service. Sam took the time to walk me around and answer all my questions. I did not know that my car could do half of this stuff! I will for sure be back for my next S90.
