    My wife and I were told by another dealer/salesperson that we were "looking for a needle-in-a-haystack"....and it turns out we found the needle at Scoville-Meno... in Oneonta. They had what we were looking for, at the price we needed, with a fair and reasonable offer on our trade-in. It really was worth being patient and making a 2 hour drive to see these guys.

    Had to find my own financing. Sold with half bald tires. Delayed me purchasing/picking up the vehicle for no reason other than making it more costly to... me while renting a car.

    We apologize that you felt you had to write a review of this nature. Unfortunately, we must deal in facts. The truth is due to your credit situation ...we were unable to obtain a loan for you. At that point, you had to obtain your own financing. This was the cause of delay, the check you brought was from out of state which we originally gave instructions to wire the money into our account due to company policies with out of state checks. We can't ever let a vehicle leave our lot without adequate payment as I am sure most people understand. During this time you emailed us and we stated at any time we could release you from the sale, we never received any response. Being that you purchased a vehicle with over 100k miles, not everything is new on the vehicle.     We would like to thank Don for his outstanding customer service. He made it possible for the two of us to get the vehicles we wanted . Truthfully I didn't... think it could be done...BUT HE DID. He walked us through all the paper work, explained everything in great detail. For the first time ever we knew exactly what we were paying for and what we were not paying for. It is so hard to find a salesman who is upfront and honest and a no pressure Person. Thats how I see it....Thank you Don for your excellent service. He loves his truck and I love my car. The funniest part of this whole thing was we just went in to test drive a new Dodge Ram and came out two lucky people with a 2014 truck and a 2012 Journey. Thanks Don

    Scoville-meno will send you coupons to get your service business and then not let you use them. They are greedy And horrible with customer service.

    Many thanks to the wonderful folks in the service department for taking time out of their day to give me a thorough inspection and second opinion on repair... work. After being treated like the village idiot by another Honda dealership much closer to home, I took my Accord to Scoville, feeling slightly out of sorts. The gentlemen took my issues seriously, made sure they understood the entire scope of the problem, and allowed me a up-close and personal look at the problem-that-wasn't, making sure I understood where the REAL issues were. I want to apologize if appeared surly upon getting there; I certainly felt 180 degrees in the other direction when I left. You have a customer for life.

    I dealt with a Representative named Kim. To say she provided Exceptional !!! Customer Service is an understatement. She provided all the necessary information... to assure that this vehicle was exactly what i wanted and Exceeded my expectations. Vehicle was serviced and in Excellent Condition. Do not hesitate to contact her as I will if I'm looking for another vehicle. Appreciate all the help she provided.
