    Working with Scoville-Meno was like pulling teeth. I had emailed about a car and gotten the response that it was going on a test drive that day and they... will let me know whether it had sold after that. Got a test drive scheduled for 5:15 the next day. Didn't hear back, so I called at 3pm the day of our appointment. He said that the other deal seemed to be falling through and he would call me back in a minute. Get a call at 5pm, 15 minutes before our appointment (though I live 30 minutes away) asking me to reschedule for tomorrow. We schedule at 11am, as he was unable to get the car there earlier but I needed an earlier appointment to get my fiancee to work on time. I get an email at 10:26am as I am walking to my car to leave for our 11 appointment that the car will be ready for a test drive at noon. I called to confirm that this was not an error, and it wasn't. Not even an "I'm so sorry, but we won't be able to make our 11am appointment", just a simple " Our driver should be here with it at 12pm." No acknowledgment of our 11am appointment. We get there and have to wait 15 minutes past 12 for them or wash the car. Ironic, because the interior of the car reeked. Luckily I was given the go ahead to take the car to bring my fiancee to work. However, I noticed that the car was not the color advertised. It was also 16k more miles than listed and very dirty in the interior. We got back and questioned these differences. I was told that the car I made an appointment for had sold. Rocky was very nice. However,  they still have not removed the listing for the vehicle that had sold and I don't want anybody to be baited and switched.

This is certainly not the experience we want our Scoville-Meno customers to have. The vehicle was at one of our other locations and once it became available to us we did our best to make it available for you to look at. Unfortunately the vehicle did not meet your needs.     I have been looking for a new vehicle for a while now. A friend had recommended checking out Scoville-Meno. At first I was hesitant a few years ago I went... there looking for a vehicle and didn't have the best experience with the Sales Manager. But I figured would hurt to check them out. Well I have to say this time everything was great. Ended up purchasing a new truck. The entire staff was great to deal with. Could their facility use a facelift and upgrading yes. But all in all a great experience. Loving the truck and the deal. A+ Scoville Meno.

    Purchased a used vehicle which came with a Carfax. Vehicle was in great shape and am thrilled with the purchase. I had been shopping for a vehicle for... several months and the vehicle pricing was better than most local dealers. Salesman was courteous and demonstrated several vehicle options which we were allowed to test drive. Once we settled on a vehicle, negotiations on price were completed within a few minutes. This was a great car buying experience and I would recommend this dealership.

    I recently had my vehicle at Scoville Meno in owego for some unexpected service. While I was there I decided to check out some used vehicles. At the time... I was unsure what repairs were going to be needed to my vehicle. The sales person was great. He must have seen me wanting the lot. When him approached me I told him I was in for service but was checking out some used cars. He answered several questions for me. But wasn't over baring. When service told me that it was gonna be a quick fix on my vehicle I decided to wait till summer to upgrade. When i was on my way out I saw the salesman who I had talked to and told him my plan. No guilt trip or pushing. He said whenever your ready he would love to help me find the vehicle is wanted. Both the sales team and the service team get an A+++++ in my book. Thank you for getting me back on the road quick and painlessly.

    A friend of mine referred me to Scoville Meno in Owego. He had saw they had a large discount on a Sierra HD. I had been in the market for a truck for a... while. With prices of new trucks just been holding off. Decided to take a ride down and see what it was all about. Dealt with a salesman by the name of Charles. He was great I never felt pressured and an annoyance to him. He answered every question I had. I wanted to think it over for a day and talk with my wife. They even offered to bring the truck to me so my wife could look it over. The whole process was great. Highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Talk to Scoville-Meno in Owego.

    Bought a car there several years ago, Although I asked for the car fax several times, they never gave it to me until I bought the car. The car had been... in an accident although they never disclosed this. In addition, the experience was horrible all the way around and the car has been a problem since its purchase. Would never ever go back there. Good luck to anyone who does.

    Bought a 2012 cad srx rear cargo holder missing .Called twice never received a call back. After the sale your Dead Meat. Will contact Mr Scoville. Also... played around with my figures.Iwill go to oneonta for service . Even closer to home....Never buy from them AGAIN..Al Vara

    We are very sorry Mr. Vara feels this way. He certainly has my personal contact information and I would encourage him to contact me directly if he ha...s any issues as I have asked him to do in the past. Mr. Vara left one message to my knowledge with his salesperson who returned it as soon as he was not occupied with customers (within a few hours) at which time we apologized for the missing piece on his used car and placed it on order to be shipped directly to him (no installation required) at absolutely no charge. He has not received it yet as this occurred less than 24 hours ago. As for "playing with the figures" I can only assume he means the extra $2,000 more we gave him for his trade than the original numbers we presented and he doesn't understand? I hope that Mr. Vara will call me directly so that I can help him to understand.
