Barry's Auto Center is a small dealership with a crowded interior showroom that at first feels chaotic but only adds to the family atmosphere of this place. The experience was wonderful as we felt no pressure to purchase and when we had a car in mind, no pressure to purchase a more expensive one. Barry's salesperson also worked with us to math the payments to our budget as much as possible which all the other dealerships we visited were not willing to do on a used vehicle. Barry's even took the car "off" the lot while we waited for our down payment from our insurance company as our former car had been totaled. They were also willing to come to our residence to pick up our trade-in vehicle, our second car that had stopped working. They went above and beyond to help us out which is a characteristic not seen in the world of auto sales anymore. We will return when we are ready to replace our second car as well.

Found a great vehicle at a great price. Suzanne and the owner really went above and beyond our expectations to assist us in getting the right financing for our daughter. Waited for 10 days to see a vehicle because it was taken out of town by Andy's wife/family. Called the morning of the scheduled appointment to confirm the test drive and that the SUV was back in town and was told by Andy himself that the truck was being cleaned up and would be ready and waiting for me to get to the dealership. Upon entering the facility was told that the person waiting in the showroom had just walked in and bought the vehicle! I didn't even have a chance to drive the truck or even make an offer! What a lousy way to treat a customer. Here I had to wait 10 days to even see the vehicle in person because it wasn't available as the cars on the lot are open game to the owner's wife to drive anytime she sees fit. Found the same vehicle at a better price anyways so it worked out better for me! If you want to do business with Barry's Auto, good luck. Hope the vehicle is still there and it's not sold out from underneath you. I've already told a lot of people of our experience there and warned them.
