The person who is brought in to negotiate is very aggressive and unpleasant. Makes you feel like you did something wrong. Also, weak values on trades
I will take full responsibility for not reading the final fine print that they went through very quickly. However I have leased many vehicles, and I always... make sure to make a deal that includes not paying a disposition fee, particularly when I am leasing the same brand. I know that my salesperson and I agreed that I would not be paying an acquisition or disposition fee, however they put in the contract that it was my responsibility to pay the disposition fee. When I got the statement for it, I called and talked the sales manager. He was apologetic, but basically did nothing to help. Again, I take responsibility for not reading the fine print, but I feel this was a dishonest deal. I will never shop here again and would not recommend this dealership.
I have been shopping for a used car for a few weeks and decided to try Marina Dodge in Webster. I was not planning to buy that day, however I did. I... expressed what my budget was and my Salesman, Skye Trammel was extremely helpful in accommodating my needs. Skye Trammel spent many hours with me to ensure that I was happy and getting what I needed. I bought my very first car from Gabriele when they were in Avon, NY. I am very pleased with the sales and service.
The woman at the counter barely acknowledged my existence. They sent me a reminder email that said I could drop my car off after 7 am. I arrived at 7:15... and the woman at the counter told me it was going to be a problem because they do not open until 7:30. I finally got them to take my keys when I told her I had to be at work at 7:30. When I went to pick my car up a different woman also could not be bothered to say hi to me or ask if she could help me when I walked in. She pushed my keys across the counter to me and that was it. I asked if she knew where my car was and all she said was out there somewhere. So I had to wonder around their parking lot in -20 degree weather looking for my car.
Texted and spoke with a sales person several times for pricing information. I was looking to purchase a truck that was on their website, gave them information... on my trade and then they just stopped calling me. Guess they have too many customers and are too busy to help me.
Horrible! Can't get your deposit back unless you show up in person. Pushy people and want all your information and DL # just by walking in the door.... Should have listened to the people that told me to be very, very careful with that dealership.
Terry Smith Jr was very personable and nice in trying to get me into a new vehicle. Although I was not approved for a vehicle with Marina, I still very... much appreciate the service and professionalism showed to me by Mr. Smith. I will definitely refer friends and family to him if interested in purchasing a vehicle.
Phil Fico sold me my new truck it was exactly what I wanted and he did everything I asked for without me following up on him and I also received a thank... you card in the mail which was a great touch! Semper Fi

They get you in and out fast with the paperwork. So make sure you take the time to read everything in the contract, I didnt. They told me my payment... amount and that I would receive the undercoating/rust protection. What they didn't bother to tell me was that my last payment on the loan would be just over 13k. The salesmans answer to this was just trade it in before that time. And then what? It doesn't just go away. Then they didnt even bother to tell me that the bank would only finance the amount for the truck plus the warranty, so the rust protection got omitted. I didn't find out until I was calling to ask when it was going to happen. After I spoke to them about that I sat down and read everything. Yes way late, I know. So do yourself a favor if you go there and dont let them rush you out the door with a new car/truck.
