REPAIR WORK
Extremely polite and knowledgeable! Representative went out of his way to keep me updated on repair work needed. I know when I leave this dealership (I have a very old car, 1999) professional work has been done and I don't worry about driving the car.

Car Repair
I am very pleased with the work that was recently completed on my IS250 by Woodfield Lexus. Mike Evans was the service associate that handled the work order for my car. He was very thorough in explaining all the repairs that my car needed. While my car was being repaired, he kept me abreast of the work that was being done and of any future repairs that would soon be required. Every time I take my car in to Woodfield Lexus for service, I feel it will be well cared for which is very much appreciated, thanks to Mike and the service team.

Excellent Customer Sevice
This dealership is the best experience a consumer can have with purchasing a car. From the front end, through service it has been a pleasure to deal with all aspects. I have 180K miles on my car and has faithfully maintenance my car. The service is fair and just and they never try to upsell, which is a change from the norm.

2008 Lexus 400 H
David Thermen was my consultant and was very helpful and professional. This is our "twin" car identical to 2008 400 H automobile we currently own...we love them!! So this was the first service on this one and David was very helpful in correcting a wiper blade issue...(was put on backwards and was screeching on the window) David took it apart and reinserted it correctly.
