I'd recommend you avoid buying a car at this dealership. Their staff is unprofessional and rude. I recently bought a certified-used car at this dealership... and was told by the salesman that the car would be a certain price including the tax, plates, registration, and other fees. However, when I was given the bill, the salesman went back on his word, did not honor the original price he had quoted, and hiked up the price. When I asked about the price difference, he dishonestly said that it was interest (...I know my mistake in believing him). There was a $299 VIN Etching fee that was not explained to me, and to make matters worse, there was a discrepancy on the amount of this VIN Etching fee- the salesman had written $259 on his dealership documents, but charged me $299 for this service he never disclosed. I went back to speak with the manager to try to get a refund on the VIN Etching fee and address the price differences. The manager yelled at me (to the point where other customers on the floor were watching in amazement at this horrible customer service), treated me very unprofessionally, and repeatedly kicked me out of his office. I remained calm and brought my paperwork to address the discrepancies and I shared about the dishonest treatment I received. Finally, I was told that I had already signed the paperwork and even if they didn't explain the VIN etching fee and even though there was a discrepancies in the prices of the VIN etching fee, there was nothing they could do. The manager told me I should to talk to a lawyer if I wanted this resolved. It is really unfortunate that this dealership engages in unethical practices (i.e. hidden fees) and demonstrates terrible customer service. Potential buyers beware of this dealership and I'd recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I am very rigid in my approach to car shopping. I test drive, identify the vehicle I want, email every dealer in a 4 hour radius requesting a quote, keep... a spreadsheet of every quote I???ve been offered, and spend a month encouraging all these salespeople to undercut each other. On the last day of the month I buy from the person offering the lowest price. This system places me in an adversarial relationship with every salesperson. It???s stressful for them and for me, but the result is I get cars for thousands less than the initial asking price. Lori Smith was patient and kind with me as I moved through this process. She wasn???t, in the end, able to go low enough to win my business, but she came close (she was in the final three). And her engagement with me was always warm and authentic. I???ll always buy from the dealer offering me the lowest quote, even if they are a total jerk. But if Lori tied with someone and they were the same distance from my house i???d gove her the sale ten times out of ten.
I purchased a new 2016 vehicle and had a very good experience through the sales process. It was efficient and easy. The first time I needed some perspective... on service has been a different story. My vehicle is having an issue with window tinting and it seems no one can help. Service has pointed me to sales, sales pointed after market sales, to used car management, to internet sales, to the General Manager. Bottom line, I have a rear window with window tinting bubbling on a car covered my warranty and I have gotten no where. Frustrating for sure...
Woodfield Nissan was the BEST car buying experience ever! In and out within 2 hours. Our salesman new the car inside and out. The financing and managers... were SO friendly and helpful!
