Thanks Philip Panzarella! The unexpected death of our car caught us off guard. You quickly got us into a smooth 2016 one owner vehicle and we couldn't... be more please. Thanks again
Thank you, Dwayne! Congratulations! Drive safe :)
It was a real pleasure buying a car off of Phil Panzarella. He is very noligable about cars and a true professional. A real asset to Woodfield Nissan
Thank you, Drew! Congrats!
Although the specific vehicle had been sold, they told me that they had comprable vehicles available. Was pleasantly surprised with their selection and... was treated very well. No nonsense!!!
Wonderful to hear! Thank you so much!
Mark Wenc and Jarek Muszkatel gave me the best experience I ever had at a dealership! They were friendly, honest, and very professional. I am very satisfied... with my purchase. I would recommend this place.
Thank you, Iwona! Glad to help! Drive safe! See you for oil changes!
I took my car in for a routine oil change. My car only has a little over 30,000 miles on it. I was told I Urgently needed over $1000 worth of services.... One which included rear brakes and rotors. I took my car to three other brake repair places in all of them told me that I had approximately 40,000 miles left on my rear brakes. I contacted the general manager who referred me to the service manager, we played phone tag for a few days and then I never heard from them. They try to rip you off for services that you don't need.
Woodfield Nissan is under New Management! Please mention this review at your next visit for an amazing discount to help you see how we've changed! Tha...nk you :)
They are your typical sales snakes. My lease on my Rogue is up at the end of 2019, and I was contacted by Dana who promised me that I could trade my vehicle... in for newest model and same monthly payments, with no new money down. I was skeptical so I asked for written confirmation twice before making the drive. It was all a LIE. The new lease was $85 more per month and the manager, Jason, said, “Sorry.” After I did some quick calculations, it turns out that the increased payment interestingly enough covers a “down payment” of $3k (but I don’t need to put any new money down, right?!) Needless to say, I left without a new lease feeling lied to and cheated. I will never give them my business again.
We are sorry, Jessica. Our goal is to keep your payment the same. We did let you know that it might go up because the price of the Rogue has increased... since 2016. The safety and tech features are incredible! The Rogue will basically drive itself! Sorry it didn't work out this time. You do have a few months left on your lease. As you get closer to the end, the new payment will be lower. Let's check back in about Halloween :) We apologize for your frustration. Thank you for understanding
So i change a brake fluid with this dealer which they recomended, because i know a little mechanical cars i bought a brake fluid tester and check it by... myself, yes it shows a first red light which means not necessarily but very soon i should change, because i take care of my car i did it, when i come back home again i check if they changed it and surprise they just add a little fluid and my tester shows second yellow light which is almost red, after 4 days i went back to the dealer and talk with manager, he said it never gonna be green because some old fluid stays in a system and always gonna be like this which is not true it should be green and didn't want to do anything about it but i thought. to check it now at dealer parking because it probably mixed with the old fluid and it gonna be red again, i was right the light was red again after i drove around 100 miles. Of course manager didn't go with me to see the tester light because i'm almost sure he knew they didn't change the fluid, after that they did it again but now i was watching them to make sure they change it, after they change it the light come green, so do you know what i mean, be very careful with them because they charge you a lot of money and don't do the job.I will never go again to this dealer mechanic.
I negotiated a price for a car with the sales man I was dealing with. Offered $8300 plus ttl and he came back with $8399 plus ttl. I spoke with him agreed... to come purchase the car had him get the final price together for me to bring a check. When he does that there is a $299 Vin Etch fee that is not part of the Tax Title and License (TTL). He says owner won't budge and even though he quoted me via text. $8399 plus TTL. I would be real careful negotiating with them. They leave out junk fees to make a lower quote.
Hey Joel, Vin Etch is not a junk fee. Vin Etch is an anti-theft protection that most dealers use to keep insurance rates down. This can also reduce th...e cost of your insurance. Vehicles with Vin Etch are not desirable to thieves who may want to steal your car and scrap the parts. We are sorry for the inconvenience and confusion. Thank you for your understanding.
Got a great deal on my Morano. They were clear on prices and very nice and professional from the sales rep Carl to management to the finance guy.
Thank you, Carl! We appreciate you spreading the word! Congratulations! Drive safe :)
I would like to share my recent experience with Woodfield Nissan. First, I would like to say that at the end of the day, I got the vehicle I wanted. However,... the overall experience from my salesman, the sales manager, and service, was less than positive. My salesman was very inexperienced, and wasn’t familiar or knowledgeable with the vehicle. The sales manager used some language which I found offensive. Lastly, but certainly not least, was service. I purchased a protection plan, which I was urged to get, as it appeared to have lots of benefits, and made sense to take care of my new vehicle. When I made the appointment to bring the vehicle in, I was informed that the dealership had a 3rd party do the protection plan, interior stain resistance and exterior paint protection, etc. What I was NOT told, is that my vehicle is driven off their lot, by the 3rd party employee, to their location in Elgin. As luck would have it, I was called by the service adviser that they had an ‘incident’ with my brand new vehicle. During transport, the porter was driving next to a dump truck which proceeded to fling debris onto my vehicle causing it to shatter my windshield. Needless to say, I was quite upset. I understand that things happen, and if any of my above complaints were isolated and the only thing that had gone wrong during this car buying process, I wouldn’t be writing this. But this was the icing on the cake to a horrible experience with this dealership. Additionally, I was told by the service department that they weren’t going to charge me for the windshield (huh??), even though the damage did not occur on their property and they aren’t technically responsible, and secondly they wouldn’t charge me to keep the loaner while the windshield is replaced, again, (huh??)? At the end of the day, I got my dream vehicle, although now damaged goods in my opinion, and I will NEVER return there.
First off Kelly, thank you and congratulations on your new vehicle! Secondly, and more importantly, we are very sorry about these troubles. This is ce...rtainly not our norm. We will use all of your feedback to continue to improve. We will be reaching out shortly. Thank you for your time and feedback.
