On Tuesday March 24, I had an oil change. Chris Emeigh was Excellent and treated me good.. He educated me about all the work that was done, very Professional!

Great overall experience. Had a lot more inventory that the dealerships in my area near Mount Pleasant. Salesperson Josh and Sales Manager were easy to deal with.

In 2022 (I was 19 working on getting my first car loan) had 700 credit score, co signer with 700 score, so what they did was not only TAKE a $1000 down deposit we put on the car, but they also wrote off this used 2017 Jeep renegade (44,444 miles and was in a accident) for 23 thousand dollars… better yet!!! 15.48% interest rate! So not only will this loan be over 38 thousand dollars after paying $500 a month for 77 months.. there goes my entire 20s saving because I physically can’t pay that, rent, and car insurance.. let alone food because someone decided they wanted to rob a kid out of as much $ as they could!!! DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL SCAM THE CRAP OUT OF YOU!!!!!

These people are in business to rip you off as much as they can. Don't buy here or you'll regret it. $600 to get my leesed Jeep through inspection with only 11k. 40 k tread mile warranty meant nothing as I was charged full price.

My experience with the dealership overall, and most importantly my sales agent Sharon was excellent!! From the very first phone conversation, all the way to driving away with the newly purchased vehicle, it was completely flawless! Sharon was on top of every single detail, from beginning to end. I am not from the area, about 3.5 hours away, with that being the case, Sharon and the dealership went out of there way to make sure everything was ready upon arrival, and all ran very quickly, and smoothly. I could not have been more impressed and simply more comfortable with the purchase, would it not have been for the stellar service provided not only by Sharon, but the entire team at Monroeville Chrysler Jeep!!!!

Steve was awesome very knowledgeable and friendly. Because of that I bought a vehicle. His service and willingness to stay late and help even after the sale. Top notch!!

Our experience was great. Our sales guy Steve was very enthusiastic and fun, and we had a great time talking to him about the Jeeps on the lot and he helped us select some to test drive. We found the Jeep Compass we liked and he answered all of our questions about it honestly. We decided to purchase it and our experience with the finance team was equally great. They helped us with the paperwork and got us a great deal. They gave us time to read the contracts and weren't pushy about any options we didn't want. We couldn't believe how great the experience was.
