It took almost 6 months, but Rutul (Rudy) kept us informed of any developments and when our new truck finally arrived, Rudy make the entire transaction easy and fun. I coasted in there unscheduled this week twice--once for
I coasted in there unscheduled this week twice--once for a cat converter and another for a conversion meter. They ordered parts and got me scheduled as quickly as possible--let me leave my undrivable car there and gave me a loaner so I wouldn't have to scramble for a rental at 5pm on a friday. Very sympathetic and caring.
