Awesome service department!

Shout out to Dan Bruner and his awesome service team! They solved the mystery of the shaking Pontiac G6. The car is riding great and feels like new again. I'll definitely be back for all my service needs. Thanks guys!

2019 Nissan Pathfinder 4wd

Everyone we encountered was professional and friendly and really made us feel that we were important to them. Andre, our sales rep, was absolutely a delight to work with. The GM introduced himself to us and the Finance man, Tegen also provided a very pleasurable experience.

Very enjoyable sales experience

Pati Hennard worked with me. I have to say, this is the first time I really enjoyed buying a car. As a matter of fact it was fun. Pati, Donnie, LJ, and Wendy went above and beyond to ensure not only were my needs met, but that I had the best car buying experience possible. Everyone I met is very knowledgeable and warm and friendly. The car I want is not available locally. As of this writing the folks at Hall are working hard to get me the exact car I want. All I can say is thank you so much.

Looking For a family Vehicle

I came in underwater on the car that I was driving looking for a family car. The salesman Donovan Barrett was very eager to help me and worked with me to make sure I got a good deal and it was something that I wanted to do. I only went back to the dealership after a day of thinking of it because of that salesman only to find out the whole crew was good to go. If you go ask for Donovan!

Very disappointing experience

Hall performed very poor service, causing me to return the car to Hall for the service to be performed correctly. The service manager, Bruner, instead of apologizing for the service being very poorly done, stated that he'd ", do me a favor" and not charge me for the second visit to fix the incomplete service job. When I finally retrieved my car from Hall, there were scratches along the back driver's side of the car. After purchasing two vehicles with Hall and loving the sales department immensely, this was a true disappointment. I have instead started taking my car to Priorty Hall, where I am very happy with the service.
