Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism at

Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this dealership. No communication, slow service, and rude personnel. They used to be excellent, and I used them for years. I don't know what happened more recently, but it hasn't been for the better.

I contacted the dealer several times re: vehicles they

I contacted the dealer several times re: vehicles they had. All was good until a car was sold & I was looking for confirmation; no one would confirm & photos & listings continued for weeks and no confirmation from dealer🙁

I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service

I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided by P&W BMW. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they did so with lightning speed and unparalleled attention to detail. I cannot recommend Brayden and Jim highly enough for their outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction.

My salesman Brayden was awesome.

My salesman Brayden was awesome. Very accommodating. I was able to do the majority of my purchase virtually. The car was a 7 series very clean with the carfax report attached to its description. An additional service that sped up my delivery was Brayden dropping off my rental i used to pick up my car. Overall A+ experience.

I have a 2021 bmw that I service at P&W.

I have a 2021 bmw that I service at P&W. Today I took it in for an oil change and an all points inspection. I asked if body shop could look at the driver side because of a scrape. The end of day body shop called and told me we didn’t pick up the car. I told them it was to be serviced and service never called me . Evidently service never took the car from body shop. I called my horribly incompetent service rep and he said I could get the car and bring back tomorrow. I was without my car all day and they expect me to get a ride to pick up,get a ride to drop off in the morning and get a ride to pick up.. This is the 3rd time they kept my car overnight or days for a quick service. The last time is sat in their lot for days and no one informed me they had to order a part for a window. I could have driven the car . They offered no loaner.and I was without my car. The awful service rep did not send me service survey.. I have gone to his office before and had to wait because he was late for work. It’s not like I bought a Hugo. (For young people that was a cheap ,not very good car ) I will be taking my BMWs to another dealer for service elsewhere.

Took my car in for an oil change appointment at 7:45 am.

Took my car in for an oil change appointment at 7:45 am. Asked that body shop price a scrape. Got call from body shop close to 4 pm asking me to pick up my car. I explained that service never called to tell me it was done. He said no one from service came to get it and it’s been witty all day. I called service and he never apologized and said I can come get it and bring it back in the morning. Why would I get someone to drive me there..drive home..get someone to drive me there again in the morning and drive home and hope my oils gets changed. So no car all day and who knows about tomorrow. This is the 3rd time the incompetent service rep has kept my car for a one day thing. The last time a window wasn’t operating it sat on their lot for two or three days. I called and they said “oh we had to order a part” I said why would you leave me without a car that is totally drivable. At the lease why didn’t you call to tell me. The rep never sent me a service survey. Once I had to wait in his office for 20 minutes while he was late for work .

Exceptional people to work with. Gregg, Chris, and Mike were outstanding. Great dealership to work with, couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Extremely frustrating experience.

Extremely frustrating experience. Poor communication and misinformation throughout entire process. Told that car was ready to pick up and finance, traveled to dealership to be told that we were unable to pick it up/purchase due to a fire in autobody facility. Was told we would be contacted when able to retrieve the vehicle. Weeks later, we called to inquire about the vehicle and was then told that there was a glitch with the title. Confused - could we not acquire the car due to a fire or because of the title? Dealership permitted us to use car while waiting another 4 weeks for title which arrived, of course, during the holidays, and then were rushed through financing before year-end. Beautiful car - horrible experience.
