I took 2016 Nissan Pathfinder in for warranty work on we

I took 2016 Nissan Pathfinder in for warranty work on we dropped it off the night before, Wednesday 3/6/24. They said the part would be Thursday. They never called me to let me know that the part wouldn't be in. On Friday I told them I need my car back and call me when all the parts are in. They called Monday and said all the parts are in. So I dropped the car off on Monday 3/11/24 at 4PM. I didn't here from 4pm on Tuesday 3/12/24. I think that they don't have enough people to properly work on each car. Patrick Bouton was my service advisor. I tried to call him about the status of my car and all I got no answer. I asked to speak to the manager but to avail I got more of the same.

I am happy with salesman Quinn Sassone.

Purchasing my new Nissan Rogue from Quinn Sassone and the rest of the team at #1 Cochran Nissan Cranbury was the PERFECT car-buying experience for this-eighty-one-year-old. The price of the car and the trade-in allowance were excellent. Quinn adeptly managed all the extra details with the team and my insurance company to complete the sale in one afternoon. Quinn is pleasant, and quickly put me at ease. I am happy with the AWD Rogue and its many electronic safety features.

BEST car buying experience of my LIFE!!!

Recently I found myself in the position of needing a new vehicle, and in this economy right now, was a very stressful thought....until I found #1 Cochran Nissan Cranberry, and specifically my car sales guru, Ben Kopp! I decided to use the Expressway Online Shopping experience to pick/purchase my vehicle as I like the straightforward pricing, fees, and ease of use of the site. Ben supported me every step of the way after I chose my pre-owned vehicle; he was experienced, thorough, helpful, patient, and also enlisted for me/my purchase the excellent, highly experienced, empathetic, generous, and supportive help of General Sales Manager, Ben Leone; Automotive Sales Manager, Trev Gerwig; and "Finance Ninja", Ken Knaus. What felt to me at the start to be a monumentally stressful experience, turned into by far the most pleasant, easiest, clearly defined car purchase of my 59 years. Ben even delivered my new vehicle to my house where we spent time doing the pertinent paperwork that we'd set-up in advance making the process easy and quick. The car arrived completely detailed and in mint condition, and I could not have been HAPPIER with my purchase and purchase experience with #1 Cochran Nissan Cranberry. I was also so impressed with the care they exude for their customers, and even found out they are great animal lovers and supporters of rescue. Seriously, does it get any better than this? I think not! THANK YOU BEN KOPP for making this sale and giving me the best service and caring I've ever experienced. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Great service!

I had the pleasure of working with Quinn Sassone at the Nissan dealership located in Cranberry Twp. Currently on the hunt for a new car, Quinn was extremely and genuinely helpful in guiding me in the process of finding the perfect car. Not only was he accommodating and helpful, he insured I understood all the features my car had to offer, and made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions before letting me leave. Also, I worked alongside another gentleman with the financing paperwork for my purchase and was incredibly pleased. This was my first experience purchasing a new car and I am very grateful for his kindness and patience. I will be taking my vehicle there for servicing and I recommend working with this dealership.

Resounding Sucess!

This was my second time buying a used car from this location. Bill McGovern was the salesman for both. He is an excellent listener and very well knowledged and well spoken. He makes the process as painless as he can, while also listening to your needs. The dealership was very busy that day and my wait time was slightly longer than I would have liked. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend.
