This car company sales and finance does not have the comman courtesy to return a phone call. I would not buy anthing from this bunch.
Awful customer service - I've been out of a car for more than a month because after my car (which has 97000 miles on it, I've owned it for 11 months and... the timing belt jumped which means I have to get a new engine for $4000) died I had it towed up there to get diagnosed and be fixed. They will not call me back, and I have had to go into their dealership 4 times now on my own to get any type of answers, and I still have no car!!! Never have I seen such poor customer service and willingness to help someone! I will never buy from them again or ever buy a Honda again! Beware!
We apologize for your unpleasant experience, however, please be aware that Honda recommends timing belt replacement at 10 yr or 100,000 miles, whichev...er comes first. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding any other issue you may experience.
I leased a 2013 CRV today and was immensly pleased with my overall transaction experience. Tom Davis was exceptional in providing me with all the information... I needed to feel comfortable before getting behind the wheel of my new vehicle. So many new features of the CRV would have been too overwhelming for me had I not had Tom take the time he did to explain each one in detail. I love my new CRV.
