I just wanted to take a moment to thank John Frantangelo and Mike Black for the time and care they took in helping my niece buy her first vehicle. They took time to explain everything and treated us both with integrity and respect. At no time did my niece or myself feel pressured or uncomfortable. John and Mike are a rare find in this industry bringing that combination of years of knowledge and customer service together to provide an enjoyable experience. BUYER BEWARE - NEVER BUY A HONDA
You wrote a review for Valley Honda 14 minutes ago 1.0 star rating7/11/2020 I had my Honda Accord for 10 years and spent more money in 10 years than I did for a 30 year old Toyota! Service department are crooks! I had my car inspected and had work done which costs around $1400. Literally six weeks later, my car suddenly was leaking oil and I needed everything replaced for $1700. I picked the car up and sold is "as is" to Carport. When the peaks of xxxx have snow on them, will I buy another Honda. Valley Honda is the worst of them all~ Baierl is a little better, but not much. Stay clear from and Honda - - ever! If I could give negative stars I would!

Beware!!!
Awful customer service - I've been out of a car for more than a month because after my car (which has 97000 miles on it, I've owned it for 11 months and the timing belt jumped which means I have to get a new engine for $4000) died I had it towed up there to get diagnosed and be fixed. They will not call me back, and I have had to go into their dealership 4 times now on my own to get any type of answers, and I still have no car!!! Never have I seen such poor customer service and willingness to help someone! I will never buy from them again or ever buy a Honda again! Beware!

We apologize for your unpleasant experience, however, please be aware that Honda recommends timing belt replacement at 10 yr or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding any other issue you may experience.
Best Salesmanship
I leased a 2013 CRV today and was immensly pleased with my overall transaction experience. Tom Davis was exceptional in providing me with all the information I needed to feel comfortable before getting behind the wheel of my new vehicle. So many new features of the CRV would have been too overwhelming for me had I not had Tom take the time he did to explain each one in detail. I love my new CRV. Many thanks to Tom Davis and Valley Honda for all your help and excellent service.
