Dealer ship has changed hands--service dept beware
took my car in for service for an ABS sensor--their test came back I needed new sensor $962.00 --2nd opinion --NOTHING WRONG, makes me wonder--you decide.
Best car buying experience ever
Best experience buying a car ever Angela made my purchasing experience quick and easy. She took time to listen to me and uncover what I wanted. She made the experience about ME! Not what She wanted to sell. She gave me options and gave me things to think about. All from a "what's best for you". There was no pressure. None! Thank you Angela I would recommend Angela and the team at John Sission to anyone thinking about purchasing a Mercedes. They are a first class dealership and I know I will be returning for my next car
Great Response and Follow up
I contacted John Sisson Motors about a used truck that they had listed for a great price. Unfortunately the vehicle had sold before I contacted them. They apologized and continued to follow up with several emails trying to find similar vehicles for me. It has been truly pleasant to work with them. If they get a vehicle that matches what I need I will definitely try to work with them.

Excellent Car Buying Experience
Great buying experience. Excellent selection of vehicles on the lot, no surprises in pricing on the vehicle as they stood by their email pricing without question. Salesman was knowledgeable and professional, no pressure during the entire process. Finance Manager was friendly and efficient, equally low pressure, got us through the paperwork rapidly and professionally. Dealership was clean and comfortable.

Bad buying process
I almost purchased a used car from this dealership. It is a 2013 Mercedes-Benz GLK350 with 20,000 miles. I found some dents at the bottom of the passenger door. I was asking the sales guy named Steve or Steven if he can reduce the price. He went to the manager and came back with no price reduction at all. It pretty much take or leave. I eventually went to the other Mercedes in the city.

I needed to have my car serviced quickly and since John Sisson Motors was the nearest dealer I thought why not! I must say I was a little apprehensive since I did not purchase my vehicle there. From the very beginning of scheduling to the follow-up afterwards I was pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail and the courtesy of every employee that I encountered. They made me feel as if I was a endeared house guest! The service was completed in a very short period of time and my car was brought out to me shining like it was driven off the showroom floor! Although I did not purchase my vehicle from John Sisson Motors I will certainly go there for my next Mercedes. Thank you John Sisson Motors for such a pleasurable experience in this day and age where "life gets in the way of living", you certainly made my life a little easier that day!

I had my 2011 Nissan Juke in for service twice in the past month and a half. I have received nothing but excellent service. Jonny has been a pleasure to work with and I appreciate his generosity. I will buy my next car at this dealership because their service department gets an A+.
I Leased the new GLC from John Sisson Motors.
It was a first class experience from beginning to end. Everyone I encountered was warm, friendly and professional, from sales to financing to the young man who familiarized me with the car before I left the dealership with it. As for the car, I waited months for Mercedes to make the GLC available and it was so worth the wait, head and shoulders above other makes in it's class. In my opinion, it is in a class by itself. I highly recommend John Sisson Motors and the new GLC.
