Don’t buy from City Honda

Poor customer service is poor. They promised free oil changes with purchase of vehicle. When you try to get oil changed the dealership said no. Then it took them 2 hrs for oil change with an appointment…

Friendly, easy to communicate with, thorough introduction to the vehicle, great test drive etiquette, going above and beyond to work with me, stayed well past closing to get the deal done, beautiful detailing of the car and overall exceptional experience- Adrienne and Mike were outstanding.
