    I was looking for a specific vehicle and contacted several dealerships. Thomas Honda via Rich Berkey was THE ONLY dealer who was responsive to my search... for a used vehicle. Rich was an absolute pleasure, he explained everything very thoroughly, kept in constant contact, and followed up with me every step of the way. All the staff were very friendly. They were very transparent about costs, fees, taxes etc...no jumping through hoops to get a good price and the whole experience was stress free.

    I wanted to purchase a new vehicle & he was nice when I first arrived., however, things changed. I didn't get a return call that day or even next day... to see the outcome. I had to call & speak to finance department. She was very short with me & covered the salesman on why he didn't get back to me . Very quick with an excuse. Anyway, got denied. Went to another dealership and was welcomed & got me into a brand new vehicle the same day. The salesman was very motivated and eager to help me!! I would never go back to Thomas Team Honda.

    This was the best buying experience I ever had . Very knowledgeable people I trust your service man Jeff Ott told him I was interested in buying a new... CRV . He went out of his way to introduce me to the sales man he thought was a good fit for me . He was right I bought the car Great great experience Would recommend Thomas Honda anytime anywhere .

    My boyfriend and I were shopping for a new car and found the PERFECT one at this dealership!...despite the 2 hour drive to get there, the experience was... well worth it! The sales team was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions honestly. I would certainly recommend going to them in the future for our next new car!

    I bought a 2009 Certified Pre-Owned Civic from this dealership on June 21st and I'm sorry to say that while the Sales Team was great, the rest of the dealership... is seriously lacking good customer service. I was buying the car from out of state (Virginia) and it took them about 2.5 weeks for them to send me my paperwork to title and register my car in VA. This is where the nightmare begins- I had to go to the DMV 4 times (with average wait times of about 2 hours each) to try to get my car switched over from PA. The reasons why it took so long- the dealership messed up the signatures on not only the title of the car, but on the Power of Attorney for the title. After overnighting the paperwork back and forth, the Power of Attorney was still incorrect and the dealership ended up having to call the DMV to figure out how to get me what I needed. Overall, it took over a month from the day I bought the car to get it titled and registered. When I asked for some compensation for my time and for the immense stress, they said "they were sorry that the situation was mishandled but they are unable to give me any sort of compensation." Nevermind that it was complete negligence on their part that caused all of the headaches! So save yourself the headache and buy your Honda from somewhere in Altoona, Bedford, or Monroeville. It's not worth it to go to Thomas in Johnstown.

    I recently was in the market for a new vehicle and test drove several models. Was considering the Santa Fe by Hyundai but felt it was just a little big... for me and decided to test drive the Honda CR-V and immediately felt it was a good fit for me. I did not feel swallowed up in the size of it and liked the way it handled. My salesperson was very knowledgeable (sp) and professional and I would have to say that was the one reason why I chose the CR-V. We went over the numbers and I did not feel pressured by him. Thank you Thomas Honda for a great experience in purchasing my new vehicle.

    If you don't like Thomas' premium price, for a non-premium used car, don't even bother trying to make a deal! Their answer to my counter offer was " I... guess we're done here" and I left the dealership. Why do they call it a DEALERship if they won't make deals.
