We purchased a 2018 Honda CRV about 3 weeks ago. Our salesman was Chad Parker. Chad goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable in a sometimes very uncomfortable process. He is personable and professional. He gave us a thorough run down of all the different features of the car before we left. Chad started out as our salesman, but we felt he was a friend after we were done. Mark Root, the sales manager was also very professional and helpful to us. I would rather have a root canal
I was dreading the car shopping experience as a first time buyer and this dealer did not disappoint as far as reinforcing that dread. It is dealers like this that cause people to feel that way. I was ready to buy but noticed that the final paperwork didn’t exactly match up to what we discussed... wrong interest rate, less for my trade, etc. As if that weren’t bad enough, I was inconvenienced due to an error on their part. When I brought this to the manager’s attention I was given a bs story... that was the last straw and also the reason I did not purchase the vehicle. Trust me, you would rather have a root canal to.
Mark made us wait a long time. Didn't have the color we wanted so we had to wait till they got the car from another dealership. The day we made our purchase I had to go to work at 10. I signed all the papers then rushed to work. Told my wife that the car had tree sap on it and it would rust. We had to get a loaner car. Couple days go by and the new car finally came in. To compensate for this they only gave us a free oil change!!!! Ridiculous.
had a unreal experience at preston honda, bought a 2018 crv, got the free oil changes and inspections that they offer with a new car. took it in over the weekend for the inspection and it failed. my wife called me to give me the news so i asked for the service man than paul the our salesman. now the vehicle has24k miles on it but there is no way the tires should be bad already, especially the back tires. i asked how they could be bad with no answer. well once the car made it home i looked at the tires and they looked almost brand new except for the center of the tire which was almost gone. this was on all four tires. anyone with common sense would know the tires are over inflated. preston is the only place the car has been since we had free everything since it is a new car. i check the tire pressure and they are all at about 41 pounds of pressure. where they should have been 30-32 pounds. it is obvious we received the vehicle this way. tried to call the sales manager kevin preston but never called me back. now i have bought my last 5 cars either from preston toyota or preston honda. what you have here is the difference between my generation and the younger generation, when a hand shake meant something. need less to say i will never do business there again. in fact frank johnson from the toyota side got me to go back there as several years ago one of the salesman was very rude so i left and went to see frank and bought a car that day. moral of this story is be careful. you would hope the service people would know what they are doing but you just don't know.

You tell them what is wrong - they then charge you $100 then make you come back and charge you more Labor. Outrageously overpriced service department. go elsewhere.

Terrible service, broken promises
Was sold a bill of goods on this so-called Preston Advantage, but they reneged on it. The Preston Advantage covers nothing. Will never purchase another vehicle from Preston.
Preston Honda is a great place, they knew the vehicle very well. They went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle we wanted / needed.
