Got in and out in under an hour. I got my 20k service completed. Dewayne was sure to have a needed part on hand so I didn't have to make a return visit for a warranty repair.
Bought a used 2015 car from them with the help of Tom McCraken. Super pleasant to work with! Very polite and helpful with the whole process.
I purchased a RAV4. Tom McCraken helped me through the entire process and explained each and every part of the vehicle while I test drove it. Very helpful.
Hard to deal with!!
I tried to offer them a fair price on a vehicle that even had a huge dent on the side of it and they wouldn't even have to clean it because it was a mess in the back from previous owners having kids. They said they were taking $500 off for the dent. Plus it had 88,000 miles on it'll! Lol.....they added money to the price!! They would not deal at all and said they can get more money at an auction. I would love to see that!! I will NEVER go back there!!! Stay away!!
Great Service and Very Helpful
Worked with Tom McCracken and he helped put me behind the wheel of a car that best suited me and at a reasonable price and payment plan.
New Toyota PU
Buying PU for grandson. To begin with would not take check from us to pay for vehicle. Tom Insisted that we finance with Toyota and then could pay off when get first payment. Got payment and found out that we did not get the rebate. Cost us $1700 more than we were told. DID not tell us that if financed could not get rebate UNTILl after leaving numerous messages and then telling operator that I was not leaving another message. I wanted to talkto someone.
They gave me a filthy car.Stains everywhere and carpet is disgusting.will have to spend money now to have it detailed.very unhappy with my experience there
I had a brand new Toyota purchased from a different dealership for economic reasons (Fiore would not match the price for an in stock vehicle that Fiore had) and I tried to set an appointment for an issue that was warranty related @ 7K miles, I was told by the the Service Manager Melissa Nedimyer and the General Manager William Waite that “I should have bought my vehicle from them and that If I expected to be treated like a customer, you should have bought from Fiore and that the business owner Daniel Fiore was the final decision in the matter...if you’d like priority consideration you should have purchased the vehicle from Fiore” Total lack of professional response from a Toyota Franchise Dealership. Fiore should be be stripped of of their Franchise.
I bought a new Tacoma there for 35k. They rave about Toyota’s trade in value which actually is very good but when I was getting my trucks oil changed I found another car I was interested in. After they play their games about prices they offered me 28k for my truck which is still literally new with very low miles. They claim they needed wiggle room to make money both on my trade and the car I was looking to buy. Wouldn’t do better on the prices either. They bought my friends Subaru for 22k and sold it for 28k. They suck and they’re flat out thieves.
I was given a final out of the door price and interest percentage for a car I was interested over the phone. I was happy with the deal and decided to make the 110 mile journey to the dealership. And when I was about to sign my delivery papers, I was shocked to see the price of the car bumped by 1000$ and interest rate by an additional 1% (accruing to a total of 2000$ more than agreed price). When asked about it, the managers simply said that there was 'miscommunication' and the best that they can do for the trouble is add a 100$ sheetz gas card. After more negotiations, we were able to agree on a final price (1500$ more accrued than what we agreed on ). After paying the down payment I went to look at the car. I drove a passat until early this year and didnt want a test drive and I trusted that a new car will be new (My second mistake of the day). I was shocked to see the car bumper full of scratches and scratches along side door. After pointing out, half the scratches were patched from bumper but still the patch up work was clearly visible and half the scratches remained as is. And I couldn't take no more and cancelled the deal. Sales people were kind enough to drop me back to the train station (my only positive from the hiatus). But the kind of cold, brutal arguments from one of the managers was downright appalling and a prime of example of how NOT to treat customers.
