I have never had an issue with them. They have always been very helpful and accommodating. I needed to get something done ASAP and they allowed me to drop it off that night and it was fixed the next day.

June 27, 2016 wife and I bought a used Sienna van while doing paperwork we asked about updates to the navigation, we were told if out of date they would update for free. Paperwork complete and doing vehicle check with tech we were unable to check the date on the system, tech didn't know how. We checked the manual and found it to be over 2 yrs old we asked the tech about and he said $50 to update, not what we were told but not tool bad. Returned to sales lady who said she would check with the manager but not in today. Received a call the next day, the manager said 2 yrs not that old but the update would cost $200 if we wanted done. I advised her I don't know were he lives but roads change in 2yrs. She advised there was nothing she could do.

We have always been very pleased with our service at Rahal Toyota. Today I asked for help with applying for a rebate on my new tires. Derek Staples, our service rep, was so helpful - and patient. I appreciate the respect and good nature that the staff always displays in our interactions. Thank you!

I just purchased a CPO 4Runner. Sales did not push at all and answered all my questions. In today's world you're limited to market pricing, Kelly blue book etc. They hit me low on the first trade value but I held to market average as they did on price. My only complaint would be the tech review of the vehicle. Since I already had my phone connected during the test drive he said what else do you want to know? While the 4Runner is simple on technology, I expected a top to bottom run through of every possible configuration. Overall it was a good experience.

I have yet to buy a vehicle from these folks however, I have been dealing with Britney in regards to looking for the perfect vehicle for my family. She has been so patient and very informative and attentive. I am just waiting for you folks to get the vehicle that we want and I'll be in to buy it. Thank you for being decent people to work with.

I just made my 2nd car purchase from Bobby Rahal, with Jen Alves being the sales representative on both occasions. Every time you walk into the dealership it just feel right. From the cleanliness of the vehicles, to the knowledgeable staff, and great deals. My husband will be in the market for a new Toyota within the next 2 years, and we already know exactly where we are going! Highly, highly recommend Bobby Rahal.
