Horrible.
Horrible. Find another solution. Sold me a car that, after four years, the service department has not been able to solve two problems with. One is dangerous. Besides the lack of solution, they are charging me for fixing things the original problem has caused. Further, their response time when they have your car has been terrible.

Your concerns are noted, and we sincerely apologize for falling short of your expectations. We take our customers' satisfaction and feedback very seriously.
But what are you going to do about it? I like your people, but believe your system fails them and the customer. When I dropped the car off at 9a, they did an initial diagnostic and confirmed what I had predicted - I needed a new battery. I was told by the older gentleman who is in the department that they would have it done by end of day. When the day ended, I had heard nothing, so I tried a variety of ways to contact someone (phone and four text numbers), as I did not know how to plan my second day without a car. No response. At 11:06a on the second day, I received a text recommending battery replacement. In effect, it took you 26 hours to re-state what we agreed to when I drove up. Then, no communication until end of day. I collected the car around 6p on the second day, 33 hours later, to replace a battery. My complaint is not about the time it took. My complaint is over the silence. Your service department is probably fine for people who are retired and do not need to plan their schedules. Had I been given an idea of how long it was going to take I could have made a decision - get a rental car or (once I learned that you would not accept either of the two warranties you sold me to cover the cost) take it to a less expensive service center. But you did not provide me that information. Next, you sent me texts from four different numbers. But only one of them was active and tied to my service advisor. So, you lead people to believe they have a way to communicate, when in fact, they do not. Next, have you ever called in to your general number and asked for the service department? Give it a try. You will find that roughly 2 out of 3 of your calls get dropped and the one that is sent to service goes to a number that rings and rings and rings. The only way I could get any communication was to reach out to Sales and have them walk over. We did not get any useful information (ie, no information on progress or expected completion), but we got a person. So, back to the question - What are you going to do about it?

Art was fantastic to deal with. Would strongly recommend family and friends to go with your dealership, hopefully all your reps are 1/2 as good as he was. There were a few bumps in the road w transferring the title to Massachusetts, he handled all the issues above my expectations.

Excellent used car buying experience! Went through the Costco Auto Buying program and Schumacher Lincoln of Delray had the vehicle my son wanted to purchase. The entire staff, especially Rollin Bernardin, our dealer, and Alan Slakman, the Finance and Insurance manager are stellar! Alan worked on finding the best rate for myself and my son, and Rollin checked on us and made the whole car buying experience phenomenal. Carmelo and the team at Schumacher were nothing short of incredible. Carmelo and his staff truly care about each and every one of their clients and create customers for life. During a very bad time in my life when nothing was going right, Carmelo was there to pull me from the fire. Constant communication and ended everything with a bear hug.
