Chip is the worst salesman, sold me a can and tried to

Chip is the worst salesman, sold me a can and tried to tell me the rear lights weren't supposed to work I called around and they are supposed to work. Chip is a liar and con artist don't buy from him

Poor customer service they all need to get rid of

For customer service they'll lie to you say you need parts for your car when you don't need them I went in four-wheel alignment and they try to get me for $1700 meanwhile I have the mechanic waiting for me outside and another vehicle we've been doing an experiment with that dealership they fail

Harrison and Eric were great

Salesman Harrison was top notch! He stated That he is relatively new to the business, however is off to a great start and has a promising future! This dealer also communicates with each other and out of the 3 people i spoke to, they all knew what was going on with my deal. I also spoke to salesman Chip who was also great and very helpful. Eric the finance manager was not like any other finance manager I’ve dealt with they are typically pushy and arrogant. This was not the case with Eric. He was informative and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed and assisted however he could. Upper Marlboro have me a great deal on the truck I purchased and also great value on my trade. This is not common during current times with any of the other Ford dealers. Harrison even drove the truck 3 hours to me and picked up my trade in. This was an effortless vehicle purchase and I feel upper Marlboro did whatever they could to make the deal happen. I highly recommend them and would encourage any one to deal with them and reach out to Harrison to get your next vehicle.

Great Service

Our 2019 Ford Edge had developed serious engine problems with only 42,000 miles on it! Ford corporate customer service was terrible!! After not being helped at a local Ford dealer, we had our car towed to Fred Beans Ford in Mechanicsburg Pa. Antonio Dixon in service, was professional and extremely helpful! He reassured us that the repairs would be covered under warranty and secured us a rental car, free of charge! Car was repaired as promised with no charge to us! We are terribly disappointed in Ford lack of customer service, but if we do decide on Ford again it will because of Antonio and agreed Beans Ford.

Checked a CPO car on line one night and did an on line chat. I also requested to be notified if there was a price change. The next day I was contacted and the price of the car went up $2,000. Talk about bait and switch. The representative wondered "how that could happen. " The following day at 2AM, 3AM, and 4AM an email was sent to me notifying me of a price change. Later that day, I check Fred Beans website for the vehicle that I was interested in and it was no longer in stock. The next day the car was marked as sold. The representative avoided contacting me after I pointed out how the price changed over night. How can this be a reputable dealer with these kinds of antics.

F150 Nightmare

I purchased a used Ford F150 from Fred Bean Ford, Chip (sales person) told me that it went through the service department and was completely checked over which put me at ease because I was purchasing a Ford truck that a certified Ford Technician just looked over and I was spending more than $1,300.00 over KBB value, well less than 6,300 miles later it developed a mis-fire on cylinder #5, the intake was cracked leaking antifreeze into the cylinder, the intake needed to be replaced, the coil packs needed to be replaced and the spark plugs were replaced. I contacted Fred Bean Ford and was told they wouldn't help me on the cost of the repairs. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, it was a costly mistake on my part.

Good experience

Got me in quickly and service (oil change and tire rotation) done in less than an hour. Very happy with experience. Would def recommend to anyone. Bought there too
