Faulkner Toyota is the best! Service is excellent and accommodating. I trust them with my 4Runner and I know I’m driving a safe vehicle! They are friendly, professional and their waiting area is always clean and welcoming! My daughters, nephew and boyfriend all drive Toyotas from Faulkner!

Lee Sprout made sure to have my vehicle in at that time discussed as well as having it done in a timely manner. He remained profession through all of our interactions and is a wonderful asset to the faulkner family.

I was exploring options after my 2020 Prius (also bought from Faulkner) was assessed as a total loss after an accident and ended up driving off the lot with a Gold Certified Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid. I think this is going to be a great fit for my family.

This dealer shop provides best service. Whatever buy a car or maintenance all the employees are super nice and professional. I love it .I will recommend it to all my family and friends .

Like I mentioned above, I was thrilled that no one removed my Costco Tire sticker from the windshield and throw it away. However I believe this is only due to the fact that I left a note taped to the windshield

Excellent waiting area with many amenities. However, the water in the water bottle filling station tastes very chlorinated and I had to dump it. Very kind older gentleman greeted me and prepared my car for service.

This dealership is not customer oriented or customer friendly. They care only about money. They won’t call you back. Good luck with calling Toyota Care. They will not doing anything to help. This is the worse dealership I’ve ever had to deal with in service and sales. Want to buy from here be ready to stay all day while they eat in front of you.
