Toyota was there for me

My sales rep was very understanding of my need not to feel pressured or stressed by spending several hour at the dealership and gave me options I could take home and think about and then come back the next day to complete the lease process, it was very much appreciated,

Bought a car from my home quarantine!

Sergey was persistent in reaching out to me during the week, but I was too busy to answer. Last Saturday, I had time to answer and let him know that I would be happy to buy a car but: I wasn't leaving my house, wasn't sure if I'd qualify for a new loan since I have a lot of new business loans and didn't want to put much down or pay much more. A few short phone calls, one short form and a home visit later, Sergey let me know he'd be at my house soon to deliver my new Prius! I got to trade in my old one, which needed body work and new tires, and now all I need is to no longer be social distancing so that I can start driving! Sergey was wonderful, thorough and fast and got me a great deal. I highly recommend him!

I cant complain about the service thumps up place

Personal attention u gave no pressure clean place friendly association answer all my questions price matched warranty offers made sure it went thorough car wash fresh coffee and tea

Purchased a 2020 RAV4 XLE from Delray Toyota

Purchased a 2020 RAV4 XLE on 3/27/2020. Chantelle Habersham was my salesperson. Chantelle brought the car to my home to test drive. I decided to purchase the car. The car buying process was seamless and the car was delivered to my home the same day. Chantelle's professionalism and customer service are A . The whole transaction was handled over the phone and at my house.

Ease of pricess

OK!!!

Casey was very nice, brought me suggestions that I accepted. However, my windshield washer container was not filled as it was in the past, and I do not know if other fluids were checked or filled. Disappointing!
