2021 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye Wide body

First Class Dealership . My salesman Raymond Carrington was the most knowledgeable man about specs. on my new 2021 Redeye Challenger that I custom ordered from the dealership. He was a real Mopar man and I enjoyed the friendship I made there with him. When my car arrived I gave him the first ride in it and we took for slow trip thru the local farm country. That was the best day . Sitting down at the dealership in late October 2020 we built the car together like brothers . My Specs . were ...... Black Widebody .... Black Laguna .... Sunroof ..... Harman Kardon stereo .... Carbon/Suede Package .... Navigation ... Mopar Hood Pin set .... Warp Speed Wheels and a 3.09 Rear . My car of a Life time . They were extra reasonable with the final price considering I ordered every option but the performance spoiler that I don't care for as I like the original standard one. The whole place is new in appearance and the shop is big and super clean . I recommend them highly .

Happy Buyer

Buying a car during a Global Pandemic is challenging both for the dealer and buyer. I had a very positive experience from beginning to end. Jason on the internet team was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. I appreciated that because I had reached out to multiple dealerships and Jason customer service far surpassed my other experiences. He then connected me to Mike Root, who was equally as responsive, knowledgable, and detailed. Mike has been quick to answer any questions I had, and after purchasing my car he walked me through the technology to make sure I felt comfortable. Bonnie Tillotson helped with the financing/purchasing paperwork. She was very kind, knowledgable, professional and patient with all my questions. The team provided a great experience and I look forward to working with them again in the future. I have a Jeep dealership 10 minutes away who I had planned to give my business to, I drove a little over an hour to shop with Providence. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

DO NOT SHOP HERE

Absolutely the worst car dealership you will ever work with. They sold me a truck that shuts off while driving. A problem that they can’t find or resolve and they have no ambition to help with. I’m paying a lot of money a month for a vehicle that will kill me and I can get no help with. Hope this helps anyone thinking of shopping there

Best place to buy a vehicle

Bad auto

I am a local that has been buying autos there for almost 20 years boy did they take me this time after buy auto there it broke down 3rd time i tryed to start it so through ageement to trade it out i thought ok but months went buy no trade out like promised so i take auto somewhere else to trade it the auto is valued at 3000 dollars so had another dealer run vin for me and no one can figure out what model jeep i own i was told by management its an overlander then my friend ran the vin#it does not come back as overlander now im being told its a laredo X package it does not come up as that so before you waist your time and money please look some where else for your next auto and the locals are fed up with them as well
