I do not recommend this dealer ship to anyone .worst service I ever seen .brand new truck 72000 dollars been at the dealers for 6 weeks can't get a simple hose .nothing but the run around .I did drive my new truck for 3 days .what a joke
The GM calls me and insults me. Way to go!
I purchased a used car from this dealership. There was a misunderstanding on whether the documentation fee was included in the orally quoted sales price. (I had an oral quote, as I live 4 hours from Muncy. I did not want to drive there only to haggle and be disappointed. ) Long story short, the fee was not included. At purchase, I complained about the lack of clarity on the fee but paid it anyway and bought the car. I thought about the issue when I got home. The next day, I wrote the GM asking that it be refunded, explaining why I thought that was fair. After some back and forth with the GM, I received a call from the salesman who agreed to refund the documentation fee. (Truth be told, I should have asked for a written itemized quote before leaving and the salesman should have been more explicit that the quoted sales price--"car keys in hand"--did not include the fee.) Then I get a call--minutes later--from the GM who accused me of unethical behavior because fee is advertised on their website. I knew the fee was company policy, I also knew that these fees are simply profit by another name and not required by law. In any case, what I felt could have been handled better was explicit communication on whether the fee was included in the orally quoted sales price (they were quite clear that taxes, tags and title were not). The fact that there was a misunderstanding is not unheard of. What I found most objectionable was the behavior of the GM who called me after the salesman agreed to refund the fee and impugned my integrity. After that phone call, I wrote him and told him to cancel the refund. A highly unsatisfactory experience. They agree to refund the disputed fee and then the GM calls to claim that I was trying to cheat them. If you agree to refund, why make that call?
Great to take your money. But when you have a problem after purchase they won’t help you at all. Awful service department. They don’t take responsibility for anything.
Will never buy a vehicle from any Blaise dealership...
Will never buy a vehicle from any Blaise dealership again. They gave us a hard time about our trade in due to the major rust it had.. yes we knew it was there. They insisted that it will be going directly to auction due to the condition and couldn't give us much for it. They lowballed us at 8500 for a 2011 Chevy 2500 that now sits on their lot for 20,000. I get that dealerships are out to make money but they refused to do any negotiations with us and blatanly lied to us about several other things too. We bought our new to us truck on a Monday and scheduled to pick it up on Saturday. When we got there for the pick up, our salesman left us sitting in the showroom for over 40 minutes. All we needed to do was hand over a check and be on our way. I had to track someone down to go get someone to help us. They initially gave us the wrong paperwork and I had to ask for our keys 3 times. Our deal included a "we owe" for scratches that were to be fixed. We were assured that our salesman personally made sure it was done. It was hard to tell that day because it was pouring down rain, but the next day we saw the scratches were still there. Didnt even try to buff them out for us. With the poor service we already received, its not worth going back and trying to fight it out with them. If what we wanted was easier to come by, we would have walked away.

Very poor service. I will never buy or have a car serviced buty this dealership ever again.
Bottom of Barrel Dealership
The car I purchase had 91k miles on it. I took my chances with their AS IS warranty since the mileage was ok. The Subaru Outback burns 1qt of oil per 1k miles. I did not expect too much when I phoned the dealership since the car was purchased AS IS, but I did ask the manager to call.....Crickets....Buyer beware too many other dealerships not to get at a minimum a 30 day warranty and a phone call.

Spoke with Breanna who set me up for an appt with Kevin and Michael. After having a very bad experience with the one in Hazleton, and I do mean very bad, would never deal with them again. Kevin, Michael and Curt and Mr. Alexander himself were incredible. They helped us out in one day! We were dealing with Hazleton for months regarding a vehicle we bought there. Would highly recommend dealing with Kevin and Michael again. Wonderful people, very polite and helpful. Fast service! Mr. Alexander thank you too!!! My husband and I appreciate very much everything you did for us.
Absolute Best Dealer Experience
I wish I could give this dealership 10 stars. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. With the current microchip shortage, the market for new cars is hot. And dealerships are selling cars at times the day they get them in or even before they arrive. That being said, I called yesterday, Breanna had a sense of urgency, and immediately connected me with James Krouse. I knew exactly what I wanted, and while pictures weren’t yet available on their website since this car arrived yesterday, I asked if he’d video call me. (We live 3 hours away). He virtually walked me around the vehicle, 5 minutes til closing yesterday, answered all my questions, and sent me some preliminary paperwork at my request. First thing this morning, he immediately went to action putting the deal together and getting financing approved, all the whole giving crystal clear, simple communication the whole time. By the time we headed to the dealership this afternoon, everything was completely ready to go. Truly a “sign and drive” experience! We showed up, took the car for a test drive/stopped for James to fill up the tank, and we were back to sign the paperwork. (PS, the huge digital desk surfaces were really slick!) I’m grateful they fully honored their trade in offer when we arrived too. After all was set and done, James was outside with a microfiber cloth, shining our Traverse as we were moving things over from our old vehicle! This type of hospitality is SO hard to come by these days, and can’t explain the impression it left! He even gave me a hand getting my kayak racks off my roof of our trade in. Kevin, the finance manager, was also crystal clear in his explanations of everything and super chill/ friendly. Never once in this whole process did I feel rushed or pressured. Our family felt valued. We felt confident and relaxed. I will recommend every single person I can to this dealership, and to James specifically.
