Tyler was great to work with to get the vehicle i wanted. That and the whole Fairfield Ford team was a step above other dealerships in the area.

Jennifer was great at answering our questions. Waited until we were able to get our finances figured out. Environment was clean and all the associates were friendly.

I would have liked to have received a service manual and a door code for my vehicle

I had an oil leak. While this is unacceptable for a new vehicle; the service department found the problem quickly and thankfully it was an easy fix; the oil drain plug was apparently never torqued properly from the factory. While I’d have preferred to not have a problem; I’m pleased with how quickly the problem was resolved.

Excellent service in the service dept! Received my appt. the same day requested and the service I received was top notch.
