I did my research on a truck, Knew the price I should be

I did my research on a truck, Knew the price I should be paying. In the middle of negations the owner told the sales manager that the truck I was looking at was not for sale anymore, because the owners friend was on the way to buy the truck. So my deal was kicked away. They worked to get me another truck which was a less of a truck I was looking at. Now being a 30 year customer and how I was treated I should have just left. Never going to buy there again. My 2022 was better then the 2025 I have now.

I bought several vehicles from star and won't be buying

I bought several vehicles from star and won't be buying another one. the GM and his son are a real piece of work and collude together for about 50% of the sales that come through that dealership and have Absolutely Zero Respect or appreciation for the customer. but anyways, after purchasing several trucks and suv's over the years I reserved my Hummer ev on day 1 when reservations came available and because of a little dispute between my dad and I Greg the manager decided he was gonna keep the Hummer that I had reserved xxxx near 2 years prior and just keep it for his dealership so he could sell it for 10k over sticker. I paid the 100 bucks to reserve that thing and waited for 2 years and was decent enough to choose their dealership just to get it stolen from me. I would Not recommend buying or getting service from these people. and to make it even worse Greg didn't even give me the 100 dollar deposit that I spent on the reservation back when he stole it out from under me. scam artists

My father purchased his truck here few years back,

My father purchased his truck here few years back, unfortunately we had a transmission problem & with there lifetime powertran warranty everything was covered except a few minor parts, very kind people in every department & a wonderful experience, we were so grateful for such an incredible experience, best dealership around don’t go anywhere else! Top quality in everyway you will ever need! Truly grateful thank you so incredibly much again!! Sincerely, The Cronce’s

Just picked up my new truck and all I can say is thanks.

Just picked up my new truck and all I can say is thanks. These folks know their jobs and do it well. Andrew my salesman was super knowledgeable and knew the details about the truck I was interested in and explained all the differences between trim packages, without reading them off the sticker like some other places I've shopped. If you want a truly smooth car buying experience go see Andrew and the crew at Star GMC.

If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. My 2023 Yukon initially went in for an inspection and to look at some small warranty issues (a piece of leather from the dash by the gear shift, weatherstrip from the front door and rear door were rubbing, both front fender reflectors had mold and middle row seat rattled). The only thing that was successfully completed on the first try was the inspection. After the first visit the tech damaged the bezzle on the dash, I was told I had to live with the moldy reflectors and the seat rattle, but they ordered new weatherstrip. They also did two recalls (one for the radio and one for a break issue) without my permission. Now when on Bluetooth phone calls my front speakers crackle. The vehicle went back in for the second time to repair the bezzle, install the new weather strip and continue to look at the rear seat rattle. After getting the car back the bezzle was fixed, they were still looking into the seat rattle and new speaker issue. After installing the new weather strip on the front door the problem continued so they hacked the rear weather strip with a knife and also caused damaged the front door sill so bad they cut through the paint to the steel and the plastic. The vehicle goes back in for the third time and they have it for a total of 12 days to magically find two bulletins, one for the speaker crackle and one for the seat rattle but the bulletin repair doesn't fix the seat rattle. They replace the whole seat frame and that is fixed. They then repaint the door sill where they damaged. We pick up the car after 12 days and notice a new scratch on the front bumper, there is clear coat over spray on the inside of the rear door window and the clear coat line on the a pillar is so bad. There is still no fix for the speaker crackle. If you want your vehicle fixed correctly the first time or at all do not go here. There is no attention to detail, we were lied to numerous times by the service writer. I previously went to them in 2023 for an ac repair on a different vehicle of mine and it took them three times to fix it and it was a common condenser that was bad but they replaced other parts that weren't bad. I wanted to give them another chance but clearly they took my one year old vehicle and caused more damage. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!
