Wife was interested in 2026 Acadia, I was put in contact with Salesman Dwight that made the whole process very simple. Kept us updated via text and made the trade in process painless. Went to the dealership on a Saturday to see the vehicle and completed the buying process Wednesday due to our scheduling. Whole process was smooth and easy. Worst Automotive experience ever. Brought my 2025 GMC Sierra Denali in for warranty repair at 4k miles. The staff was initially polite and welcoming. All my concerns started after I picked the vehicle up from service, which I found the vehicle returned damaged due to the repairs performed. Headliner damaged and drivers side b-pillar had grease on it with scuffs. On top of that the new radio that was installed was misaligned causing a gap underneath and there was a scrapping noise when turning after new steering column was installed. I brought the vehicle back to have these concerns corrected, and when I picked it up from the second visit, my vehicle was even worse. They replaced the radio again and the touchscreen didn’t function and now the steering wheel was off center. Bob the service manager contacted me and asked what was going on and he would like me to come in and show him. I did and Bob said they will have to check the radio out and check the alignment. I stated, I didn’t want the alignment touched because the fault was in the removal and install of the steering wheel. Made a 3rd appointment. At drop off I stated again don’t do an alignment. Bob said if they check and it needs on he will call me first. I received a call from Bob saying that the radio was working fine. This is completely dishonest because I was driving around for 2+weeks with the radio this way and he witnessed it. There had to be some kind of reset or software reinstall to remedy the issue. Plus they performed and alignment without my approval. Now the truck veers to the left. Bottom line the techs have no idea what they are doing and management is completely dishonest. Definitely bring your vehicle elsewhere for service, I would even trust them to change the oil.

Overall, a great place to do business. Bought 3 vehicles here and have them serviced here. Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable. Out of my way to go there, but worth it.
