I drive an hour to reach this dealership but I would gladly drive longer to utilize their sales and service. Friendly, professional, and competent are a few compliments I can think of. I won’t hesitate to recommend Krause to anyone!

Had a 10 am scheduled appointment for state/emissions inspection and oil and filter change. My vehicle promptly went in for service which was completed in a timely manner. Since I had driven the vehicle less than 5K miles since my last inspection, the Service Adviser indicated that the emission inspection qualified to be performed at a lower cost. That was a nice surprise. Thanks Krause Toyota.

It's hard to believe my Tacoma 4WD is just shy of 2 years old already! Krause has taken care of routine maintenance every step of the way in a timely and professional manner. Just had the complimentary 20K service completed along with a state inspection, I was back on the road in an hour, and the Taco runs great! I'll shop Krause again for sure when it is time for a new Toyota.

Have been going to Krause Toyota since 2005, have always had great service there. The Service Dept is very professional and polite, advising us what is best for our car. We purchased a brand new Camry LE in 2016 from Krause, taken right out of the showroom. We've never had any problems with it. Highly recommend them.

Had the oil changed on my 2015 Highlander. I can’t say enough good things about the Service Depertment. I am always treated like an old friend. The guys and gal go over all the options, making suggestions as how to save money. Their main concern is what is the safest option for my family. When my service is completed, they always thank me for coming to Krause for service to my car. The employees in the Service Department enjoy what they are doing, and treat their customer’s in a professional manner with respect.

I have bought 2 cars from Joe C at Krause and coming back from my home in Lewes DE for another. My son and his wife also bought 2 from Joe. He and Krause are great! The service dept. Is incredible and second to none.

I received service on my 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback yesterday, and filled out a survey of the service following my visit. They were very friendly, and allowed me to receive the 20,000 mile service for free on my car because my warranty was running out. That was very nice of them, so I received a tire rotation and oil change for free. I did have my car inspected too, but questioned why I was charged for an emissions test when my car was exempt based on mileage. I received a call this morning to explain that it still received a test, but it was not a complete test, so that was the basis of the charge. I truly appreciate the fact that they took the time to explain this to me. I know they are busy, but they have never disappointed me with either their sales or service. I highly recommend Krause Toyota if you are looking for a car or need service.
