With the exception of one individual, my first new Subaru purchase was excellent! My sales guy Zach was terrific! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and kept me informed until my new car arrived at the dealership. My finance guy Luke was great! He explained all the paperwork in detail and patiently answered any and all questions I had. I highly recommend working with both Zach and Luke! When I raised concerns about one of the finance guys that I was initially working with Tom, the sales manager, took care of it and we no longer worked with that individual for the remainder of our purchase. I do not want to taint this review with a negative interaction with one person as he was not representative of my overall experience. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Ciocca Subaru of Allentown!

Anthony was a fabulous salesman. He was helpful and knowledgeable. After test driving 3 vehicles we decided to do the numbers on 2 vehicles. Anthony came back with the first vehicle information and after 2 and a half hours the deal that was presented to us was almost laughable. We made it clear that we were going to buy the vehicle with no financing. The manager that worked the deal didn’t take a dime off the sticker price and offered us $2100 less for our trade than two other dealerships. We were repeatedly asked what we were trying to accomplish and what our “end goal” was. I made it quite clear that my goal was to buy the vehicle outright and that all I wanted was to be treated fairly. After we told Mike that we were done He seemed astounded that we were not going to be purchasing a vehicle. He spent more time justifying why he couldn’t give us a better deal than trying to meet our needs. That’s was a loss of a $45000 sale. I left this dealership drove 10 minutes to another dealer and within an hour drove home in a new vehicle after receiving a very sizable discount off the sticker price and getting $3000 more for our trade. I should’ve just skipped Ciocca Subaru altogether.

Went here with no issues. Very welcoming and friendly. Car was affordable, nothing shady. Had an experience earlier the same day where the dealer changed the price and none of that happened here. Very thankful for the experience.

I came into Ciocca with no intentions of purchasing a car but left a week later with a brand new Crosstrek and a sense of ease from the best car buying experience I have had! John was absolutely fantastic. He genuinely cared about finding me the car I wanted and went out of his way to show me all of the options available. He didn't just try to "sell a consumer a car" - he got to know me, worked with me to find a car that fits all of my wants and needs, and tailored the experience to me personally. Car shopping is usually stressful (and lets be honest, most people don't look forward to it) but John took all the stress out of it. He kept in touch throughout the entire process and made himself available if I had any questions. I not only left with a fantastic new Crosstrek, but also an amazing buying experience that you can't get anywhere else. I will recommend Ciocca to everyone looking to purchase a Subaru, and I will tell them all to go see John!

Ashley Rose was patient as I test-drove two (2) pre-owned Subaru models. The only reason that I did not purchase a vehicle was because a personal financial setback prohibited me from putting down the down payment. I will definitely approach them again when things get better.
