To say the least, I was dreading buying another car as I had a horrible experience on the auto mile several years ago. Walked into the dealership expecting unprofessionalism and pressure. That was till I was introduced to Nabegha Mouhrez who answered all my questions, I mean all, she remained patient, knew her stuff and listened to my concerns. She went UP and ABOVE to make the experience great!I decided on a Rav 4 and couldn't be happier with my choice. Nabegha followed up with me and eased some concerns which I appreciated.I know I could use this dealership and have a courteous experience!!!! Please acknowledge Nabegha for a great customer service.

Jovan has great customer service skills. He listened, I was paying cash and I told him how much I had to spend in he kept me within the budget. I am so happy with the car. He was great. Sergio Báez he is awful on his follow threw.

For my first time buying a car I would say this had to be the best experience I could ever have. I previously had a Toyota Corolla my dad got for me as my first car when I was 16 and kept it alive for the 10 years I had it. That car lasted a total of 22 years and it hardly ever gave me an issue. It wasn't until recently it started acting up and broke down on me once and before I knew it was only running on two cylinders. Needless to say it was time to get a new car as painful as it was for me to say goodbye to my first car. I was super nervous about this whole process, but Jim made this process a whole lot easier. He was knowledgeable on every car I looked at and explained everything to me in a way I'd understand. He also kept my nerves at bay by making me laugh and he also treated me like a person. I am so thankful to him and Bennet Toyota for getting me into a new Corolla. Thank you so much!!! I absolutely love my new car!

Went in upside down on the car I owned did my homework on the truck I wanted and nabegha pulled me thru with a great deal. Staff was friendly and no pressure at all. Definitely will recommend Bennett and Nabegha to friends and family. Toyota that's all we drive. Got 3 of them and going places!! Haha

Willie sold a car recently to my father. I was in an accident and needed to look for a new vehicle. Willie was compassionate regarding my accident and made me feel like part of his family. I really had a fantastic experience at Bennett Toyota... from the moment Jovan said HELLO and asked if he could help me.... to the moment I put the key in my new car and drove it away. I am a widowed senior citizen and was treated with so much respect... I felt comfortable from the word HELLO. Jovan walked me through the process... he even found the car of my dreams. He not only took the time to demonstrate all the features, but he was also available to me when I called and asked questions. I honestly love my Toyota. The car makes me feel very safe! I would recommend Bennett Toyota... but Jovan should be your man... his customer service is a real asset to Bennett... his personality, desire to help and his honesty were truly appreciated. Joe is awesome!! The best salesman I have ever dealt with. He answered all my "homework" questions and was very patient with me - even when I would email him and tell him not to give up on me, that I was still interested in the Infiniti. I am giving this rating to willie because I went in there with something in mind. But the problem was I couldn't get what I wanted it's to expensive. So as I keep talking to willie he advise me I should get something that I can afford and iit will benefit my self not something that will screw myself over with. So I end up purchasing a brand new 2016 RAV4, my family and I we are really grateful of this amazing deal.
