The Lincoln Store does not reflect the Lincoln Quality. Poor waiting area, difficult to enter and leave the store. Poor choice of drinks and no snacks. Poor follow up by sales personnel.

I always enjoy going in to see Pete. 12/1/2016 was for an oil change, but we did discuss the brakes, which was noted on the last inspection. While doing the oil change, they took off the wheels and stated that the front brakes need to done. Pete and his team worked it in and made it happen. While waiting for our 2003 180000 mile Ford Windstar SE purchased new, I noticed all 3 service managers were very helpful with their clients. Actually each client was happy while spending their money on service. WOW

I have been having my two Fords, 2004 Taurus and 2007 Focus serviced at Haldeman for over ten years. The service is excellent, the honesty is outstanding, the timeliness is perfect, and the shuttle service is great. The service manager never recommends what I do not need. Often, he recommends waiting on getting something done. Most important, if a repair is needed, Haldeman always identifies the problem correctly on the first time and always has the required part. Also, the shuttle makes things easy because I do not have to remain in the waiting room for hours.
