I took my car in for a diagnostics due to engine light on?Paid $190.00 for the ?service?. I thought the $190.00 was to hold the estimate for when I could afford the repair the next month. The next week my battery died (this didn?t show on the diagnostic?) I went back to ask for a refund to replace $ spent on the battery but was told that was the fee for diagnostic.

I always take my vehicle to get serviced at Outten and it’s always been a great experience for me!

Outten has a used Chevrolet Bolt I am interested in. I sent an inquiry on the website asking a few specific questions about the vehicle. I got a reply from Dave Hollenbach asking when I could come in to view the car. I communicated I would like my questions answered before driving 3 hours to come in. Dave then asked for my cell phone to call. I expressed I'd like to keep the conversation to email so that I can reference the answers at a later date if needed. Dave replied again asking me when I could come in with no answer to my questions. I pressed again for answers and he told me that he has a showroom full of "actual customers" and to let him know when I was serious. This is very disheartening. I am making a purchase this week, but I cannot support this dealership due to David's actions.
