Unusable New Car

I would love to say I had a good experience with Fred Beans of Doylestown, but unfortunately I have not. The sales reps are all nice, however I purchased a car from this location on November 14th 2020 and am still waiting on my plates. The temp plates I was given have now long expired and I am being thrown in circles by both Jeff and Bill, my sales rep and the manager of this location. I have been told multiple times the plates are on the way with no luck and no answer to when I would get them. Now I have spent 18k on a brand new car that is sitting in my drive way that I am unable legally to drive. I have had to cancel doctor’s appointments, I need help getting groceries, I cannot even drive to work. Still I have no idea when this can be resolved, so I would never recommend this location to anyone if you want a car you can use.

Best Sales Rep: Chris Guisti

This was my first experience leasing a brand bew car and I was nervous at first because I knew little to nothing about leasing in the first place. my sales rep Chris Guisti however was a life saver by breaking it down for me and making me more comfortable about the leasing process. All other staff was attentive and polite and made you feel welcome. Great place, great people, great cars.

2017 Subaru Impreza/ Akram Girgis

I got my car from Fred Beans Subaru and my Salesperson was Mina agauiby from Fred Beans Nissan and he was so help ful and professional with his words and he helped me with everything I needed and I never asked for anything and he didn't get it for me and also Dan he helped me a lot but mina was the best salesperson was the best I ever deal with when buying a car

2017 Rogue/James Sherman

Best new car buying experience ever. Very knowledgeable salesperson Mina Agauiby. Spent all the time we needed with us. Both myself and my wife went for a test drive. We love the car and the dealership. Our salesperson made the transaction so fast and it was a very smooth, easy transaction. We purchased a new black Nissan Rogue and love it.

Qualifier: I did not buy, but did lease a new car from Fred Bean's Nissan. I did answer the questions as if I had purchased the vehicle. Chris Giusti was my contact and sales person. He respected my request not to call me, but to communicate through emails. His explanations and promptness to my questions were detailed and thorough. That helped me to determine what I really wanted in the car. I was going to try and lease within the next month, but in dealing with him, I made a decision faster. He made my experience well worth it and Fred Bean's is lucky to have him.

2014 Santa Fe/Rumpf
