    So they had (have) a vehicle I was interested in. Was gonna drive 2 hours to see it. But before I was able to make the trip my potential salesman texts... me and says they doubt they could get me approved! How would they know this? They never ran my credit I never gave anyone there my SS # ,never filled out a credit app etc. I think they're con artists honestly. Stay away!!!

    They advertised as having heads up display and the car does not have it. Virginia was very nice to work with. If you advertise something it should have... it!!! Not happy!!!

    To whom it may concern, I'm sorry you could not locate the HUD in your 2014 Corvette. The toggles for this feature is located to the left of the stee...ring column on the dashboard. You will see 3 items. HUD, Display and Brightness controls. Each has a feature to assist you in displaying the info that your are most interested.     I never made it in to Fred Beans, but only because I purchased a truck before I got to them. Their internet sales dept was very responsive to my question,... contacted me very rapidly and was able to answer my questions during the initial call. I intended to come in and see the truck, but made a purchase before I got there.

    First off i looked online for a car and found one so i emailed the dealership and what do you know the tell me come on down and look at it the car was... listed as new but it was a dealer service vehicle with 5000 miles. So i drive over an hour to see the salesman Allan Schwartz i get there and get the friendly greeting so now i get to sit at the dealer for an hour while they "appraise" my car and they let me test drive the new car. I ended up liking the car and said let's make a deal. from that point they must have been thinking they had a fish on the hook because there was a lot of low numbers being given to me (for my trade) and a lot of high numbers for them until i told them i secured financing from my bank for the loan they needed to come down $1500 in final price i was then treated like trash and had to walk out of the dealership only to be emailed an hour later for a car that was used and not what i wanted and told oh we can do this if you're interested. At that point i was already at another dealer in the area where i was signing papers on the exact same car i wanted for less then the "new" car fred beans was trying to sell me. if you want to get jerked around and robbed i would suggest fred beans all the way if not i would go to another dealer in the greater lehigh valley

    Terrible experience, was lied to and deceived, would not recommend... stay away... look for another dealership. no matter what they say they are selling... the vehicle to you for, go elsewhere.

    We had a very good experience with Fred Beans Chevrolet. Allen was able to answer any and all questions we had on the used conversion van that we ended... up purchasing. We were not pressured into the sale. We did experience a couple issues with the van, on the drive home. Working with Allen and Jeff, we were able to bring the van back to them and they repaired the faults. I am very pleased with the service we received. The service technician did a lot of work to isolate and resolve the faults. We are very satisfied with the overall experience.

    They charge double the price!! First let me start with I have been a Chevy loyal customer since 2004. But Fred Bean Chevy Auto repair has made me never... want to buy another Chevy again. They tried to charge me over double the price of everyother tire repair place. For the same exact tires. Actually the tires from Costco were better and cheaper with a better warranty which was as included. This is a how Fred Bean treats its customers by cheating hard working people out of money. When they need an immediate repairs for the safety of there family. Do not take your car or truck there unless you want to pay over double the price. Sincerely Jennifer Angel

    As my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership, it went very smoothly. The whole process only took about and hour. Pam helped me out a lot with... picking out a car and making sure I was getting the most for my money. Charles was very helpful when filling out the paperwork and offering extended warranties and such. Very friendly and helpful staff!

    Jacq was a pleasure to work with, she is extremely knowledgeable about the products and was very patient during our search for the perfect vehicle. The... car was prepped and ready for delivery when we arrived, as was all the necessary paperwork. Charles was also helpful explaining our financing options and was quick and helpful taking us thru this process.
