    Had a good experience the day I purchased a pre-owned Escape. Was called ten days after purchasing the car to inform me they made a major error in typing... in the wrong payoff amount in my paperwork nor did they call to verify the payoff. Out of coincidence the salesperson stopped working there two days after my sale. The General Manager, Tony could care less. He showed no empathy with the situation. I then requested to speak with the owner who was just as rude. He made sure to throw in my face how long he’s been in business and that the situation would get nasty. I really was made to feel like a thief. Like a pebble in their shoe that they wanted to get rid of. I ended up returning the vehicle back to them and getting my trade in back. Took my business elsewhere and ended up with a brand new Escape! As someone who works for a financial institution and in Customer Service, there’s a way to talk to people. I will be sure to not recommend anyone to this “family” of dealerships!!

    We purchased a Ford Certified car online from Fred Beans Ford Lincoln in Doylestown, PA. It was a chance buying this car online and going up to test drive... and accept delivery. Steve Shusterman and Patrick Sweeny kept the lines of communication open and were ready for our arrival. We arrived after a 6-7 hour stressful drive and the car was spit polished with the most beautiful bow on the hood. They treated us like VIPs and we were buying a used car! The Fred Beans staff, support, and salesmen worked together as a team of professionals to make sure everything was perfect to accept delivery of our used 2014 Ford Expedition EL King Ranch. They escorted me to return the rental car and gave me a ride back to the dealership. The owner of the company Fred Beans, also went out of his way to greet us and make sure everything went just right and it was. Even the coffee was great. Wish I would have taken a picture of the car with the bow! It was an over the top wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone who had a part in this, a very special moment for me and my husband.

    I ran a credit check for a vehicle in October. I was approved. I put a security deposit on the vehicle. I waited months and was never contacted. when... I contacted the company they told me I had to come in for another credit check. They told me I failed that credit check. I have yet to see my car or my security deposit. THEY ROBBED ME BLIND! It has been 6 months now. I have personally spoke to the manager of this operation and Fred Beans himself. They are not willing to do anything to help out and go out of their ways to avoid any contact with me. I can not believe a place like this is still in business and until the day I die I will spread the word to every man woman and child I come into contact with that this organization (laughable) is the lowest of the low and even though they hide their nefarious behavior behind clean pressed suits, smiles, and firm hands shakes, they are no more than thieves!

    Jason is great - very straightforward and helpful. Even though it was busy and crowded, he kept me updated on everything (cost, time, etc.) It's a dealer... so things are going to cost more to get serviced, but the price was fair and everyone was friendly.

    I was searching for Ford Fusions online and saw one at Fred Beans of Doylestown. I couldn't come to see the car for a week and we lived an hour away.... I spoke with Trish and Brianna over the phone and email for the week. They did not call or email everyday, I appreciate the space. When I arrived to test drive the car I liked it and bought it that day. Of course we had to wait a few hours for paperwork and getting the car detailed. There was nothing to complain about and we are happy with our purchase. I also met Fred Beans!
