We purchased a Ford Certified car online from Fred Beans Ford Lincoln in Doylestown, PA. It was a chance buying this car online and going up to test ...drive and accept delivery. Steve Shusterman and Patrick Sweeny kept the lines of communication open and were ready for our arrival. We arrived after a 6-7 hour stressful drive and the car was spit polished with the most beautiful bow on the hood. They treated us like VIPs and we were buying a used car! The Fred Beans staff, support, and salesmen worked together as a team of professionals to make sure everything was perfect to accept delivery of our used 2014 Ford Expedition EL King Ranch. They escorted me to return the rental car and gave me a ride back to the dealership. The owner of the company Fred Beans, also went out of his way to greet us and make sure everything went just right and it was. Even the coffee was great. Wish I would have taken a picture of the car with the bow! It was an over the top wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone who had a part in this, a very special moment for me and my husband.
I ran a credit check for a vehicle in October. I was approved. I put a security deposit on the vehicle. I waited months and was never contacted. when... I contacted the company they told me I had to come in for another credit check. They told me I failed that credit check. I have yet to see my car or my security deposit. THEY ROBBED ME BLIND! It has been 6 months now. I have personally spoke to the manager of this operation and Fred Beans himself. They are not willing to do anything to help out and go out of their ways to avoid any contact with me. I can not believe a place like this is still in business and until the day I die I will spread the word to every man woman and child I come into contact with that this organization (laughable) is the lowest of the low and even though they hide their nefarious behavior behind clean pressed suits, smiles, and firm hands shakes, they are no more than thieves!
