If you enjoy incompetence and total lack of customer service. Fred Beans Ford doylestown is your place. Otherwise steer clear. Wasted hours of my time for a simple accessory order. Glad I didn't purchase my vehicle here. USELESS

I recently purchased a Hyundai Kona 2022 .Our salesman was Jake Feldman . I have a lot of anxiety about driving, and he listened to all of my concerns and validated all of my requests and found the perfect suv for me. Jake was very responsive and was very well informed he answered all of my questions (and I had plenty).Jake was thorough and explained everything. Jake also sat with me in the vehicle and showed he how to set up my phone and music preferences along with every feature the Kona had to offer. I would highly recommend Jake to friends and family when purchasing future vehicles. Jake is an asset to Fred Beans and to all future buyers !

Jake Feldman was my sales rep.

Jake Feldman was my sales rep. He was extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with! He got me into a Explorer Platinum and sat with me after the sale for nearly 30 minutes to go over all the features,and Reprogrammed the locks Thank you Jake and Fred Beans Ford, I will be back for my next!

Very no hassle experience.

Very no hassle experience. Easy to setup test drive and no one giving me the hard sell. Chris Kotana the sales rep I used was awesome. Knew the truck inside and out, knew the dealership had gotten the truck earlier than expected and had it ready for me. When talking price, we worked together to get exactly the price I wanted. Paperwork was done within an hour.

I strongly recommend that if you are purchasing a used

I strongly recommend that if you are purchasing a used car from them and they offer no warranty at all. Run, don't walk away from it. Two months of owning the car and we're most likely looking at $9K for a new engine. REMEMBER: No warranty -- don't buy it.
