I had a friendly and professional experience from the moment that I walked in, right up until I drove off in my new car. The lady at the front desk ( i wish i could remember her name)was very nice and her smile was quite welcoming. Both Matt W. and Scott T. were incredible. Your service reps are exceptional. I spoke several times with Vince, who did a very good job of explaining what needed to be done now and what was likely to be needed in the future. I appreciated his candor and customer-focused attitude. I also had some interaction with Sean, who was also very knowledgeable and pleasant. I have had poor experiences with other dealers in the past, but never with Piazza, where my car has been serviced for the last few years. Keep up the good work!

I have been taking my vehicle for service since my purchase of my Acura TL since September 2010. They have consistently serviced me st the highest level everytime. They don't pressure you for additional service needs, they simply inform you what is best at the time and let yo make the call without hassle. If I buy another Acura in the future I will go thought them again. Everyone there is friendly and nice.
