What can I say?

What can I say? I have always had my car serviced at Martins. Did I get a good deal on my new car? I’ll never know, but the process was good and friendly and straightforward. Andre made the paperwork easy and understandable.

I wish they had a showroom but my main complaint was

I wish they had a showroom but my main complaint was having to pay for Resistall, a paint and fabric protectant. I consider that a complete waste of money given the current state of modern automotive paint. I haven’t had any problems with my previous cars. I think Resistall is just a money grab.

Mainline Honda the greatest place to shop for cars , go there if you want friendly and excellent customer service and verity of selection of vehicles I have been customer since 2015 bought 4 new cars when ever I get bored with what I have just go there and trade in and drive new cars every year because they always give me a good deal thanks all the staff for tremendous job.and I will give this dealership five stars.

Helena, the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and

Helena, the salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and that was very impressive to me compared to many sales people. I certainly recommend her. Andre was efficient and courteous. In general, not only did I get a fair price but I was treated with respect. This is different from another dealership that I dealt with in the area, Scott Honda, where I was so disrespected by the sales manager that I just walked out. I would prefer that no negotiation was necessary in buying cars today. You still have to go in well-prepared knowing the value of your trade and the price of cars and prevailing discounts and you also need to be prepared to very politely walk out. But at least the process here was courteous and efficient so I am satisfied.
