Earned my loyalty
I've been taking my 2014 Honda CRV to Martin Honda for the past year. Every now and then I'd go for a "deal" / cheaper cost at another place (tires, state inspection) and every time I wind up having to go to Martin Honda to have them fix what the other place messed up. So, a "deal" is often not a deal when the work is done poorly. I never have that experience at Martin Honda. They do quality work each and every time. I know I don't have to worry when I take my car there for maintenance. I appreciate that piece of mind.

Best sales experience
Ali, our salesman, was perfect. We came in not entirely sure if we would be purchasing a car that day and at no point did Ali force us into a deal. He patiently worked with us as we looked at various models. He gave my wife and I time to process decisions. He worked to deliver us a deal that was just too hard to pass up. More than just making the sale, Ali ensured that we were happy with every step of the process.
