We traveled from South of Pittsburgh to Pacifico Marple

We traveled from South of Pittsburgh to Pacifico Marple Ford Lincoln. We communicated with Joe over the phone. We had a quote within minutes. Joe was able to check off everything on our list. From our trade to the final price. We traveled and Mike took care of us. He made this transaction stress free. Professional but more so; this dealership has a warm and family feel. We will be referring this dealership to friends and family. We will be back when we are ready to upgrade again.

I stopped at 4 Dealerships and got offered between

I stopped at 4 Dealerships and got offered between 7,000-9,400 for my trade. Pacifico offered me $2,500 and was selling their truck for for the same discount. Furthermore they didn’t have a lady’s room. Only a transgender bathroom and a men’s room only. So my daughter felt very much uncomfortable. I don’t recommend them.

NO RED FLAGS

Great experience. No pressure sales people. Got none of usual red flags when looking at cars. No one asked about trade ins, payment ability, financing etc. no dealer market adjustments Joe Conway was a great rep. Kyle in internet department made the process easy. Made the 1 hour plus drive worth it

Will not service vehicles over 50k miles

I recently moved to the area and called in to schedule an oil change and annual inspection and was told they do not service any vehicles between 50,000 to 100,000 miles. I'm unsure what kind of management sets that type of policy for a simple oil change but I will be sure to avoid using them in the future and hope others buyers are aware of this too. And I was considering to trade in my 2017 Lincoln early next year so I'll just go to another location instead.

Purchasing a 2023 Ford Bronco

While actually getting my vehicle took a significant amount of time, the Pacifico team made taking delivery of it simple and easy. They were in direct contact with me and Doug Eddy was text me back in minutes after I sent him a question or comment. I also was able to apply for my auto loan in advance of my appointment and the paperwork was ready to go when I git there.

Typical Sales experience

Spent 50k for a 1yo truck and couldn't be less impressed with the service. Sales doesn't return emails or calls for weeks if ever. If they do simply reply that all their used vehicles are sold as-is. So much for trying Ford, going back to Genesis and Lexus service.

Deceitful, Dishonest, Dogs

Psalms 101:7 No deceitful person will dwell in my house and no liar will stand in my presence. This Bible verse describes this deceitful dealership. They are the lowest of the low and have crack head ways when dealing with customers. This dealership and I'm referring to the (service department only ) are such liars they will steal your money by acting like something is wrong with your car and than after the break your car they will constantly say we have to do a diagnostic test? What 5 test ?come on you workers of lawlessness. I have receipts to prove how they cheated me ..thousands of dollars ..because I trusted them as a dealership. The worst thing a consumer has to deal with is having good intentions by taking there car to an authorized dealership and just wanting them to fix an issue so they can continue with there life than to have the service team look you in the eye with malice in there heart already knowing they have bad intentions. (I used all my AAA service calls for the year in just a few month and I just purchased my vehicle) Sooooo consider yourself warned and if you don't listen accept the consequences. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT use there service department. Find another authorized dealership.
