Two years ago I went to Robin Ford to look at cars to lease. Rich Small was the salesman who helped me.. As it was I was very pleased with the Ford Fusion. I knew after lease was up I wanted to go ahead and purchase the car. When I returned to Robin Ford where Rich Small helped me with my purchase of the Ford Fusion. I appreciated his patience with my all my questions and his kindness. Everyone was professional and thorough through the mounds of paperwork to sign and explain. I left feeling relaxed and assured having taken my business to them.

I went there knowing which vehicle I wanted, so it was an easy sale. I saw a vehicle on Ford.com that was listed at Robins Ford. The test drive was great and the sale went smoothly. Eric and Mickey were very professional and friendly. I Drove an hour to get to this dealer because they had the vehicle I wanted, and I would do it again. It was worth the drive!

I bought a 2015 Ford Focus from them with <80k miles. Within one day of driving the car it broke down. When I got it fixed (by a separate mechanic by the way) I was told that the front shocks were replaced likely due to a previous accident I was not aware of as of buying the car. Now 8 thousand dollars down the drain plus more in repairs, the car does not even allow me to start it and I get a “no key detected” error in the dashboard. Do not trust them they are scam artists.
