Great Service

I had my oil changed and an a Bluetooth problem taken care of. I waited in a comfortable waiting room with free wifi access. While I waited I finished my Christmas shopping online.

great service

Shuttle took me to Oxford Valley Mall. When car was ready, shuttle was full. Gentleman Kevin Lam-Moc and his manager brought car to me in the mall. I even didn't have to drive them back to a dealership. What a wonderful service they provide. Thank you! Happy and Healthy New Year to all of you!

Great Service Visit

Our service writer, Jim, went out of his way to make sure my wife was well taken care of during our recent service visit. He arranged a ride home for my wife when it became clear that the car would be in for service much longer than anticipated. He also made clear what was going on with the car, etc. The driver was also very pleasant and professional. All in all, a good service visit. Thank you!

Service and staff are excellent

I have a 2010 Ford Escape which I've been bringing to McCafferty Service regularly for maintenance. It's by far the best car I've ever owned. The people in the Service Dept. have always been very helpful and courteous.

Great, Helpful Service

The service on my Ford Edge was very good. The dealer performed The Works and informed me that I will need tires in the spring. The staff was very helpful.
