Clean facilities
I'm just a little shocked at seeing all new faces behind the service desks, since my last visit approximately 6 months ago.

Great service
I had a wonderful experience, as a business women there was no drawn out process, Ms Judge did her job,the finance department did a wonderful job with their expertise in getting finance. My whole process was complete within 3 hours tops. Thank you so much for everything and I have found a new car home.

Greeting Customers
No problems with the actual service on the vehiclw itself, but it is confusing when coming in to drop off or pickup the vehicle. There is no one really near the door to greet the customer nor is there a sign indicating where the customer should go. There is a cashier that usually has a line and is busy, then some other desk person, but no indication as to her job function. The service manager staff do not acknowlege the customer until they are done talking to their co-workers...and that's even a maybe...sometimes they just keep clicking/typing away on their computer. Someone should be greeting the customer immediately and asking how they can assist/direct them. Or at least have a sign to tell the customer whom to go to for help. There have been times where I just stood around or wandered aimlessly because I did not know where to go or which person I should talk to when I was there. Some of the staff even looked at me several times, but did not say anything even though they weren't helping anyone else.

Great facility, and great customer service
The dealership is very clean, tidy, organized and presents a great first impression. The staff are extremely professional and courteous. You can tell that a lot of work goes into making the place a pleasant one to do business. I had to visit 3 times to get my car fixed, which was disappointing, but each time I was treated very well. I just wish my car had been fixed the first or second time I brought it in.

Good Service
Car was service well, but they forgot to placed my caps back on my tires notice when I returned home. Why not also have some small bottles of water for us while we wait. (other dealers supply this and sodas.) Thanks Kevin.

A satified customer.
Service was pretty fast. The staff was very courteous and helpful to me. I currently own a 2010 Ford Fusion in which I purchased from McCafferty Ford back in August of 2009.
