I went to them last night spent 2 hours looking and test driving a truck. The truck had fresh inspection sticker. Went for the test drive, truck ran good.... but the speedometer or oil pressure gauges were not working(Speedometer required for state inspection). Today I go back... spend another 3+ hours there for them to tell me we are increasing the price to cover the cost of fixing. So let me get this straight, I do your mechanics job and you tell me you won't honor price listed on the car and the website... Then call me 30 mins later and think I will come back!! LOL!! Never again!!

Warning: Do not buy a used car from McCafferty Ford without checking out the Data Dot sticker on the cars. You think your paying the sticker price and they add a $299.00 to the cost of the car for some extra insurance, if the car gets stolen they give you $5000. That's what you get full coverage from your insurance company for. If your car is $4000 this extra insurance will not pay you $5000. McCafferty buys this kit for $10.00 and sells it to you for $299.00. This company that does the data dot is world wide and there stock exchanges on the stock market at $0.01. It's a good way to add to your cost of the car. I have bought many car from McCafferty Ford but no more.

2017 Ford Explorer XLT
I purchased a 2017 Explorer from McCafferty Ford. I dealt with Tom Ervin. Tom was great to work with. He listened intently and explained, in detail, the various options packages that were available. From there he proceeded to show me the various vehicles on the lot, describing what equipment package each vehicle had. He took his time and I never felt pressure to make a decision. In fact, I was at the dealership to have a 50,000 mile checkup and when my car was finished I asked Tom if he could work up a price on two of the vehicle and call me. There was no pressure to stay and complete the deal. A very comfortable way of doing business. The next day Tom provided me with the numbers and we made the deal over the phone. Dealing with Tom made the experience pleasant, no high pressure. The next time I am in the market for a vehicle I will definitely to back to McCafferty. Tom was respectful, insightful and professional throughout the process. Based on my experience I will definitely buy from McCafferty in the future, and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Everyone at Ford is very helpful and polite. Mark Cook the ford manager is top notch, he makes sure everything is taken care of and arranges for pick up and drop offs for me when my vehicle is being serviced. Andrea Adams, a sales team member there is excellent she helped me lease my ford escape and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or lease a car, she goes above and beyond!

Acura RL
I bought my Acura RL from there about 2 weeks ago. They have a great reputation and I'm usually leery of car dealers due to bad past experiences. I have to say they were very good and fair to me. We did have a small issue on the price. Originally I was supposed to get $100 off the price for making an appointment and coming in. I was also going to get another $100 off because the CD changer wasn't working correctly. They ended up taking just $100 off and I didn't realize until after I signed. They also added an anti theft etching that would be an additional $299. I found out the etching wasn't worth getting and if I wanted I could buy the etching myself from Amazon for $20. I also found out that this etching company was called ADP which stood for Additional Dealership Profits. This etching would not save me any money on my car insurance or help the police retrieve my vehicle easier if it had been stolen. I mentioned all this to the dealer and they refunded me back $399 without question.

Used truck shopping
I am shopping with a budget for a used truck. I saw a truck, test drove it, liked it @ was told that I was way off of their price. They never showed me another vehicle that I may be able to afford.

Escape purchase
Hauna accommodated our schedule needs and helped us get what we came in for. She did not try to sell us something different. We aAppreciated that. She was knowledgeable, helpful and patient in demonstrating car features. Would have liked more privacy when sharing info, not an desk by the main door in the showroom. In this digital age, there is still too much paperwork.
